"We booked this hotel for one night through Hotels.com, but were never informed that late check-in was unavailable after 11:30 pm. Our flight was delayed, and made it to the hotel at 3am. Upon reaching the hotel we found all doors closed and no one at the front desk. Despite repeatedly calling and waiting outside in the cold for over 30 minutes, no staff member appeared. Eventually, someone (not a receptionist) came out and, after some confusion and wandering around, managed to locate the keys so...

"El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor. Muy cómoda las habitaciones, aunque no tiene ascensores. El personal nos ayudó a subir las maletas. Después de las 7o 8 am solo tienes café y té. Nada de pastries o panes o muffins. Buena localización."

"Had a great week on DuPont Ave. The house was great, the linen service was wonderful. The only bad thing and it’s not bad was the parking. If people have driveways they should use them. They choose to park on the street and take up a parking spot."
