Host has thought of everything to make it comfortable

Host was fantastic. Great gathering places, comfortable furniture, having the pool was amazing, kitchen was well equipped, good supplies. The host has thought of so many convenient details with outside light timers, plenty of pool umbrellas, and many other things that just made it comfortable without having to think about it :). Highly recommend!

Wonderful host and home

This home is wonderful ! Alex is super responsive as well . we had a rainy cold few days but had that lovely heated ( and Alex even made it warmer!) pool to enjoy. The home is very large we were 2 families 9 total and i never felt crowded . It has a wonderful kitchen and updated bathrooms too ! the living room was so cozy to watch Tv On rainy days and Alex had all of the great channels so we did not even need to use our log ins . The dining room table was huge too so we all got to gather and the outdoor seating was ample and very comfortable the beds were also very comfortable . The home is so close to boardwalk but not too close where it’s noisy. i can’t say anything negative at all we hope to be back ! if this home was for sale we would make a serious offer it is perfect ! Thank you Alex !!

Great Property for all ages

Our stay at The Parkway Beach House in Point Pleasant, NJ was absolutely wonderful! The home itself was spotless and beautifully appointed. We especially appreciated the incredibly comfortable beds, soft sheets, and perfect quilts that made for truly restful nights. Having a master bedroom with en-suite on same floor as the kitchen was perfect for our most senior family member as they could get up early and not have to manage unfamiliar stairs. There's ample seating throughout, and we loved starting our mornings with coffee on the covered porch, even when the weather was rainy. The property's beautiful landscaping, complete with blooming tiger lilies, added so much charm.The wonderful backyard pool and well-equipped kitchen were absolutely perfect for entertaining, making our time there even more enjoyable. Alex was an excellent and accessible host, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze. The thoughtful touch of stocking coffee was a definite bonus! We highly recommend The Parkway Beach House for a fantastic Point Pleasant getaway.

Nice place

Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink seemed low. The shower heads, however provided plenty of hot water. Apparently the prior tenants did not dispose of the trash bins. Three large garbage containers had to be disposed of when we checked in.

Point Pleasant Beach Gem

This is an exceptional property with an outstanding host, and room for everyone. My teenagers loved having the bicycles to explore the neighborhood, as well as the proximity to the boardwalk for mini-golf and arcades. My young family members never wanted to get our of the heated pool, and older family members enjoyed the grill and bar area. It's a short walk to antique stores, restaurants, and ice cream, which even made the wife happy. Absolutely loved this place and hope to return. Jeff J

A delightful home located within walking to beach and restaurants. The home has a saltwater pool.

You can't ask for anything more: private, beautiful yard with outstanding pool, BBQ, lighted fire-pit, beautiful lounge chairs, etc.

Spa like pool and property

Wonderful house with spa like yard... saltwater pool with lights at night, fantastic grilling area with island and fridge, etc. We are family of 15, including 7 children ages 4-14... everyone agrees it's the best rental we've had and we have been renting at Pt Pleasant for years. Three blocks to boardwalk, aquarium, beach, and very responsive owner... already booked next year!!!

Well done in Pt Pleasant Beach!

Had my family visit and stay for a week. Great fun, food was great (proximity to Joe Leone's), location is perfect. Three block walk to the beach... and To Jenkinson's. I would highly recommend this property. Everything was just as advertised.

The perfect house for a family vaca.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Our entire family was able to sleep comfortably and enjoy each other’s company . The pool was a perfect addition for days you don’t want to go to the beach or waiting for a baby/toddler to nap. Perfect house! We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future.

Great house!

Our whole family (15 people... ages 4-71) spent a perfect week in this beautiful home! The owner was very communicative and addressed any questions we had.. Beautiful home.. great pool area and spectacular grilling area . We watched fireworks from the pool area... cooked and enjoyed meals in the gourmet kitchen... walked two blocks to the boardwalk ... and parking was a breeze. The AC was just perfect (so important in August after a day at the beach)... and we highly recommend !!!

Great Spot for Multi -Generational Vacation

With the beautiful kid- friendly pool the young grandchildren always had something to do. We took daily trips to the beach and boardwalk. Watched the Thursday night fireworks from poolside. Cooked both inside and out, plus bringing in local treats. We signed up for next year.

Beautiful home

My family and I enjoyed our week at this beautiful home. It was perfect for both the adults and the grandkids (ages 3 and 1). The location is close to the beach and boardwalk. The backyard area with the pool and grill is ideal. Alex responded quickly to any question. I highly recommend staying here.
