This has honestly been one of the smoothest and easiest vrbos I’ve ever done. Lino has been so helpful with everything everything was so clean so close to everything beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely come back!!!!

Very Nice Place To Stay

Lino was a really good host from the time of our booking to leaving. The house looked great and was clean. Lino took care of my family and made sure that it was a pleasant stay. My family loved the place and enjoyed our trip. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to others.

Perfect Location - Wonderful Owners

House had everything we needed. Owners couldn't do enough to make us feel more welcome. It felt like we were visiting family. Location is super close to everything (walking distance to all we needed) but just far enough to be away from the craziness. We are looking forward to coming back.

April 2025 Local Family Get-Away

Our stay was Phenomenal! As locals I never imagined making a weekend getaway the next town over. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Pricing was very agreeable for what is offered. The owners made our family and pets feel welcomed. The cleanliness & amenities were endless. Very dog & guest friendly. We highly recommend this location for it's wonderful accommodations and beautiful surroundings. The cottage is a true hidden treasure. You leave the premises planning your next stay. An overall 5 Star Stay

Easter weekend family vacation

Nice place. Easily accommodated our family of 4, and a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Great for the Easter weekend as the boardwalk with games/rides opened up, so lots of family fun. Great Italian and seafood also nearby. Owner stocked the fridge before we arrived which was a pleasant bonus. Also within walking distance of NJ transit train. Would highly recommend for weekend or longer getaway.

Loved it!

This property was perfect for our Fourth of July getaway! Lino is a fantastic host. The house had everything we needed for our beach trips and was very comfortable for my parents, my husband and I and our 2.5 year old. (Plus room for more!) Would definitely recommend!

Super hosts, great amenities

The hosts could not be nicer. The bikes, beach passes and beach supplies (including towels!), were a terrific surprise. They are doing a great job renovating this into a top notch rental.

Lino was a great host! Made sure everything was good for us and was very responsive. The house was conveniently located and a short drive to the beach! House had everything we needed and more. It was also dog friendly which was a plus for us! This stay was a pleasure & will book from Lino again if I find myself back in Point Pleasant Beach. 😊

Another great week!

We just returned from our second year in a row stay at Lino's place. Everything was as equally wonderful as the first time. As you have read over and over again, Lino is the most fantastic, welcoming host. In addition, the home includes almost anything you would need for a week away.. Needless to say, we will be going back next year,
