wonderful vacation

Robert was an attentive and helpful host and the property was exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable and the property was in a great location. We had a great time at the Jersey Shore

A Refuge at the Beach

Very pristine and comfortable. It was private and yet accessible to bothPoint Pleasant and Bay Head. We could have used a guide to the wifi and other electronics, but AC was very easy to operate. There was alot of fishing activity in the canal adjacent to the property, but the picnic area faced away from all the foot traffic. And there was bridge traffic, but at night it was significantly more quiet. Our dog loved the property and found lots of spots to explore. We were there to rest from a day of moving, but I am sure that those going to the beach would like the accommodations. Suzanne Collins

Spacious comfortable home

What a great home! My family of 5 stayed with my parents in this home for 5 nights. We had tons of space and were very comfortable. The house was clean and well stocked....when you have small children who still put stuff in their mouths, cleanliness is extremely important! The kids loved walking to the canal and to the park. Most of us went to the beach daily so having the beach chairs available to us was very helpful. Getting to the beach and local restaurants was quick and easy. We will definitely rent here again! Thanks for making this house a comfortable home for the week!

Dishonest owner out for money

Filthy house. Inside carpet soiled and torn. Outside patio furniture and grounds filthy. BBQ filthy. 2 hours to clean it. Grass 5 inches high. Awful experience. Owner accused me of theft and demands to keep security deposit. Angry dishonest man.

Easy booking, great host

Booking was a breeze with Instant Booking option. House was spacious with everything you need, located on a very quiet cul-de-sac street. Owner Robert responded to our inquiries very quickly via HomeAway messages, and provided detailed information on the amenities. We asked for linen service and he threw it in for a very reasonable price.

Spacious, clean, comfortable

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is big (with three full bathrooms) and very clean. (It's always hard to know when booking if a place will be clean - this place really was.) There's a spacious eat-in kitchen plus a full dining room. The house also has lovely amenities (including wifi, Netflix, and Amazon Fire). It's on a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely neighborhood too. The owner left lots of helpful info and has everything set up in the most intuitive, thoughtful way possible. We were very happy to have found this place and hope to stay there again in the future.
