The booking process was stressful. Having been cleard that we are a family group with 3 dogs (house ad indicated up to 9 pets). Booking was confirmed and full payment taken. I then received an email to say that the PM needed to check with the owners re 3rd dog. This would take 4 days. If I wanted to cancel then the administration fee 110 would apply. Thankfully the owners allowed our 3 pet.Be aware that you need to travel to Queenscliff to pick up and drop off keys.Very annoying automated messages re upcoming stay and the need to hire linen, we didnt choose this option On arrival, the bins were full, the dishcloth was disgusting, the bbq hadnt been cleaned and there was not a king bed as stated in the listing. Sadly, Id bought KS linen.Overall a lovely well equiped property.
