Inside, the open-plan kitchen and living area provides a comfortable central hub, complete with a well-equipped kitchen including gas cooking, oven, and dishwasher, alongside a relaxed lounge space with TV for laid-back afternoons.

The home offers four well-appointed bedrooms surrounding a second informal living area, all enjoying peaceful garden outlooks. A family bathroom with dual vanities is complemented by a second separate toilet off the laundry, which also includes a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack for longer stays.

Outdoors, the large backyard and sun-drenched deck provide plenty of space to unwind, with loungers and seating to enjoy the coastal air. The property is just a short stroll to Point Lonsdale’s shops, cafés, and supermarket, as well as scenic coastal walks and beaches.

Pets are welcome, with up to two well-behaved dogs permitted at no additional cost. Please bring your own pet bedding, bowls, and towels.
Please note the open fireplace is not operational as it does not draw safely.
