Las vistas desde la habitación. El dueño tiene una fuerte e interesante personalidad. El transfer al aeropuerto funciona muy bien y es cómodo. El aire acondicionado y el wifi funciona muy bien. Hotel muy tranquilo.

I like the staff, they are accommodating. I was dis-appointed with the provided wifi internet. per online feature, they have wifi at the room, unfortunately the wifi was only at the reception area and is on & off, not reliable. The restaurant open only for breakfast and lunch, we need to go find location where we can eat our dinner. The room did not provide toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo as part of toiletress normally provided by the hotel. Very disappointing as features online.

Terrible hotel: run down, poor service, rooms falling apart, rusty bath tub and a small nothing restaurant. Don;t stay there. the only decent feature about the hotel is that it has a nice view from the small dining area

Excellent view! Wonderful restaurant. Decent accommodation. In the many years I have been visiting Pohnpei, I found peace and tranquility at the South Park Hotel. I will be returning.

Too bad. Apparently, this used to be a fantastic place with a top-notch restaurant. For the price, I wasn't expecting much; the description was clear about the old wing having only cold water, but it also said there was A/C. Yeah, there was one hanging in the window that didn't work. When I checked in, there weren't sheets on the bed and there were empty liquor bottles on the floor. The restaurant was rarely open. No hours posted and I was told to make a reservation. I did and they still didn't show up. I ate 2 breakfasts there and those were good. Went across the street to a good restaurant at the Cliff Rainbow hotel, instead for several dinners.

That was the worst experience I've ever had. I checked-in in the morning and was given the key to a room in the new building and when I came back in the evening they had put some other people in the room and put me and my wife in the old building in a room with no towel and the air condition was noisy, but not working. I talked to the manager the following morning and he told me that the cleaning maids had switched my room which was b.s. I will never stay in that hotel!

The view is incredible. Other than that, this place isnt great. Bugs everywhere, unkept lawn, no ammenities, wifi only works in outdoor common area, dining option closes for private parties... It seemed like we were the only guests. Id stay there again, if other places were booked and i didnt have a choice.

I liked that they had WiFi , only in their lobby (which is outdoors). The on-site restaurant was good and enjoyed their Spanish omelet and grilled tuna. I do not like the lack of 24 hour staff (& taxi getting a ride Anywhere is difficult if not planned) the shower has rust which is really unsafe if one were to slip or cut their foot (wear slippers). Overall it was ok. Staff is super nice and accommodating.

The checking-in staff was so kind and friendly and very accomodating. However, the southwing room intended for me need major upgrade. AC doe not work and place is severely rundown. The staff was very kind and moved me to their other room. Its was better but location need upgrading. Rate was higher but negotiated to match nearby accomodation.

日本人の方が経営する、大通りから山の手へ入った高台にあるホテルでした。レストランでは懐かしさを感じるカレーライスなどが味わえました。部屋は広く、水回りもエアコンも順調でした。アリには少々悩まされましたが(駆逐完了)、テラスから向かいの島が一望できる眺めは最高でした。スタッフも皆さん親切でフレンドリーでした。 WiFiはフロント周辺で利用可です。

This hotel has huge rooms and bathrooms and the most wonderful view from the balcony, including lovely sunrises and sunsets. I was immediately upgraded upon arrival from the cold water block to other rooms. The restaurant also has very good food and wonderful views. It would be great to see the hotel and its facilities given a facelift as I believe, having stayed at other accommodation here, this could potentially be one of the best places to stay in Pohnpei

Quite rundown but it’s cheap and in good location

The rooms are quite old and rundown, the toilet especially so. But at least it’s spacious and in a good location, it has a very beautiful ocean view too.

Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen; das Zimmer wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht einmal gereinigt. Das Restaurant war fast immer geschlossen. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer auf die Sokehs Mountains war grandios.

The hotel itself is very dated. But at US$40 per night, it is a good deal. And the free airport transfer is a big bonus. The location is beautiful, and it rivaled views of any Five stars hotels, On the lawn side you have a beautiful view of the Sokeh Rock and Lander Island, and in the room , a panoramic view across the Mangrove Bay to Sokeh ridge. The staffs are super friendly, and the WIFI works well. The Japanese owner really got a great property here, but sadly it is showing its age, and a renovation is long overdue. The hotel is short walk to town and to the Micronesian handicraft village. The area is safe to walk, and the restaurant across the road, Cliff , is a good place for dinner , and the food are very reasonably priced. Pohnpei is a beautiful island, and if you travel around Northern Pacific

＜○＞ ①最寄のsuper market【A-ONE SUPER MART(Kaselehlie St, Kolonia, Pohnpei・営業時間:日～木0730～2100 & 土日祝(0730～2200)】や弁当shop【V-ZOK'S Store(Spanish Wall Stadiam 前・営業時間:月～金0730～1700・休業:土日祝)・Up Dated Store(Nantuelek, Kolonia・営業時間:月～日0630～2300・休業:日)】迄徒歩約15分の好立地。 ②本来のcheck out時刻は13:30だが、United Airlineの深夜出発時刻【1:40】に合わせ、check out時刻を23:00迄無料で延長してもらえた。 ＜×＞ ①唯一free Wifiが使える共用spaceが分煙になっていない。 ②reception前共用space設置の開閉式garbage【ごみ箱】が滞在中汚れた状態のままで常に小蝿が集っていた。 ③shower & sink が水のみ。 ④日中のｴｱｺﾝ(冷房)の効きが悪い。 ⑤ﾃﾚﾋﾞなし(共用space & restaurant共)。 ⑥ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝ直後の入室時点で、 ◆ｼｬﾜｰｽﾍﾟｰｽ仕切(ﾋﾞﾆｰﾙ製ｶｰﾃﾝ)が黴だらけ。 ◆ｼｬﾜｰｽﾍﾟｰｽ内が全く清掃されておらず、床面 & 壁面 ほぼ全面に汚れ残があり、床面に多数の毛髪残あり。 ◆bath room全体が全く清掃されておらず、床面に多数の毛髪残があり、床面 & 壁面に汚れ残あり。 ◆便座 & 便器 に多数の汚れ残あり。 ◆sink台面汚れ残あり、sink排水が悪い。 ◆double bed room内が全く清掃されておらず、 床面に多数の毛髪残 & 汚れ あり。 ◆pillow(2個) & 布団 が黴臭い。 ◆double bed room内ｸｰﾗｰ横ｺﾝｾﾝﾄtapに通電なし。 ＜お奨め＞ ◆V-ZOK'S Store(Spanish Wall Stadiam 前・営業時間:月～金0730～1700・休業:土日祝)の『手作り弁当』はいずれも＄2～＄2.5【rice & ｻｰﾀｱﾝﾀﾞｷﾞｰ(6個入り)は共に＄1】で美味しく種類が豊富で、お奨め。

部屋のカビと汗の匂いに耐えられなかった　ベットに横になる勇気がなかった　早く出たかった 掃除がされていない　トイレ洗面所には蜘蛛の巣　虫が多い 部屋入り口の引き戸は体を横にしてやっと通れるぐらいまでしか開けることができない　長い間使っていないような感じの部屋だった これで新館とは恐れ入った　旧館はどこにあったのかな？ 良いところは何もない　安くはないのに　二度と行きたくない
