"Casa muy grande, con 6 habitaciones dobles de las cuales 4 tenian baño. Cocina bastante bien equipada. Mesa muy grande, para 14 personas en cocina/comedor y otra en la terraza. Jardin con piscina però la encontramos sin agua y no nos dijeron nada. En general super casa, però le falta mantenimiento. Con la propietaria súper bien y siempre pendiente de ayudar."

"We had a great time! Property great, pool lovely. We were in the region to attend our daughter's wedding in Rome and we didnt want to rent an apartment in the centre. Paola and Mario's house was perfect. We drove and parked at Villa Borghese in the underground parking. About 35/40 minute journey but you walk straight out by the Spanish Steps and you can cover all the sights on foot if you want or take a tour/metro. "Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. "Great communication with Eliano before we arrived. A lovely welcome with some fantastic local food treats and a detailed tour around the well equipped villa. The house and pool is well laid out with plenty of shade and fantastic views. The countryside is beautiful with a multitude of hilltop towns and wooded peaks. "We had fantastic three days at Carmine's. The house is truly spectacular, it must be like staying with Hagrid from Harry Potter. The place was full of old curiosities and had an exciting atmosphere. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with teenagers. Good beds, clean and tidy. We recommend this house to everyone who wants to go away from the busy life and enjoy the nature. "
