Surrounded by picturesque vineyards and olive groves, Villa Le Fontanine is a meticulously restored historic farmhouse that offers two distinct residential units: the main house and the annexe. This charming property blends traditional Tuscan architecture with high-quality materials, modern comforts, and technology.

Guests have exclusive access to a spacious swimming pool (open from May to September) with a hydromassage area, perfectly positioned to take in the panoramic views. The estate also features a lush garden equipped with a barbecue, a wood-fired oven, and a shaded veranda ideal for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals.

THE MAIN VILLA
The Villa features five double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with its own distinctive character. The carefully selected furnishings, colour palettes, and lighting create a unique and inviting atmosphere in every room.

On the ground floor, the Villa offers a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom tailored to accommodate the needs of disabled guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a cosy relaxation area with a satellite TV and a fireplace.

The upper floor hosts the remaining four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and satellite TV, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

THE ANNEXE
Just a short distance from the Villa is located the annexe. This charming unit is centered around a single bedroom located on the upper floor, where its distinctive style truly shines. With its own kitchen, dining area, and expansive living room, this unit offers a secluded and private retreat for guests seeking a personal sanctuary. To complete the layout, there is an amazing bathroom with a tub.
