"What an amazing place! We weren't really sure what to expect, as this was our first trip to Croatia. The Podstrana villa was absolutely perfect.....so much more than we dreamed of! Tons of space, very well constructed and decorated. So many lovely outdoor spaces to spend time with friends and right on the beach! "Auch wenn wir Teil dieser Touristenmassen sind (mitte August), waren wir dankbar für diesen gut gewählten Ort der Ruhe. Die Anfahrt ist zwar mit knapp 4 km vom Ortszentrum (und 330 Höhenmetern) etwas beschwerlich, aber wir sind am Tag nur 1 x rauf und runter gefahren, das geht dann schon. Das Anwesen war schön groß, der Pool natürlich ein highlight und auch sonst hat soweit alles gepasst. Unklarheiten konnte man mit den freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und gastfreundlichen Vermietern schnell klären....

Steve and Millie provided us with a warm welcome and a wonderful platter of homegrown and local produce on our first evening along with other treats throughout our stay. They were invaluable in providing information relating to places to visit, where to park etc. The villa itself was well equipped with everything we needed including towels and some toiletries. "Very modern and immaculately clean apartments on a beautiful beach! Everything you could want and more was available, from cookware to paddle boards. These rooms are by far the best value I could find in the area, and the hosts were also very kind and greeted me immediately on arrival with a drink. I hope to come back soon!"

"The house was just as it is described. It was clean. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure. The kitchen and bathrooms are small but you can tell that from the pictures so it was not a disappointment. The pool was lovely. There is no shallow end. Not a problem for us because we did not have any children with us. We had 3 rental cars and it was nice to have a private space to park them. I definitely recommend the house."
