"Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms. There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days: • Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception. • No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times. Design issues: • Shower - no shelving, everything has to go on...

"I had a medical procedure at a clinic close to the hotel and the price in the hotel was exactly the same as if I would stay at the small hotel in the clinic, and there's no way to compare. This was a true hotel with excellent customer service and nice rooms. They gave us a welcoming sparkling wine. "

"Very clean the breakfast so good !"

"I absolutely loved this cozy and clean apartment. The area is safe and quiet and the owners are amazing! 100% recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Staying at Chateau Zbiroh was a wonderful and unique experience! Even the standard room was quite spacious, so there was no feeling of being cramped. Staying in a real castle is a special experience in itself, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. I highly recommend joining the castle tour, as it gives you a much better understanding of the hotel’s fascinating history and makes your stay even more meaningful. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The food...
