We travel from Ontario every year to spend a week in the Poconos. This is our first stay in a lakefront home and we were not disappointed. Rich’s location on the lake is awesome. We appreciated the flat, clear lot (lots of room to play and less bugs). The view from the upstairs of the home is fantastic. The deck and hot tub are great. The kitchen is well equipped. Even though there is no AC downstairs, we were surprised with how well the unit upstairs cooled the entire home and we also made use of the 2 owner supplied fans in the bedrooms. The beds were all comfortable. Our children enjoyed all of the kayaks supplied and our 10 and 8 year olds were especially happy for the 2 child sized ones. We all kayaked to the beach across the lake. Our children made use of the community amenities and especially enjoyed the pool with the diving board and the basketball courts. We loved the area as we were close to our favorite spots -camelback waterparks, Kalahari and Pocono action sports (for several years we have rented a pontoon boat with a slide there). Rich was a great host - very responsive and helpful. We hope to return again and can’t wait to see what further improvements Rich has in store for this great property!
