Great place
We will enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was a great home base for us to explore Plymouth, Boston and Cape Cod. We arrived late, but the owner was up to greet us and make sure we got in.

Private beach in walking distance!
For us the most important piece was that the beach was in walking distance! We were able to head back for lunch and leave our stuff since it’s a private beach that doesn’t get crowded! This house is located in a neighborhood and feels like that. The hosts were great showed us around when we arrived. The 2 bedroom was perfect for us. They have an outdoor shower and a gas fire pit we could use at night. The hosts stay onsite and there is a basement unit that is also for rent, so you share the house but each has its own entrance and it worked out great. Beach has a low tide that you can walk forever and the water is vey calm for smaller kids.

Disappointed
Our welcome was somebody yelling out the window “we’re not ready yet” after driving from SC we were 10 minutes early. We understood that it was owner occupied which they were above us but there was also residences below us and across from us. I felt we had not privacy and it was noisy. The furniture in the bedrooms have changed sine the photos were taken. The bedroom with the full size bed had an additional full size couch and massive dresser which some of the draws were taped shut. There was no place to leave the luggage open and it was difficult to walk around in the room. Both bedrooms had luggage rack but there wasn’t space in the room to use them. The 2nd bedroom had a queen bed with a massive footboard that was a hindrance to your shins. The bed was way too big for the room leaving no space for luggage. This bedroom did not have an air conditioning. We were told the other bedrooms air conditioning unit would serve both bedrooms but this can’t happen when you close the bedroom doors since it is a split a/c unit. In the living area we were constantly shifting, relocating and moving all the decorative items that had no use. There is an oversized cabinet in the kitchen that was zip tied closed. An air mattress is listed as an added sleeping bed but it’s a queen size and there is now clear space to even try and use it Anything in the kitchen was old and dated including a spatula held together with tape. There were not smoke detectors in our living quarters.

Hospitality at its best
We spent some relaxing days here after a 2-week round-trip through the north east with the family. It was the perfect place for a rest prior to setting back home in Germany: Nicely kept appartment, beautiful garden, steps away from the beach, good starting point for Cape Cod day trips....and fantastic hospitality. We had a great time, Thank You!

Beautiful location
The two bedroom apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed for a beautiful stay. I wish the one bedroom had an AC unit as it got a little bit hotter in there, but overall it was absolutely lovely. The host provided everything and anything we could’ve wanted. Towels, beach, supplies, and even a bottle of wine!

Great Rental Property
Rental property was in a great location, close to the beach, and short drive to the Cape and Plymouth Center. The hosts were friendly and great to work with. We loved the fact that they had beach toys for the kids and chairs for the adults to relax, and only a short walk to the beach.

Wife and I really felt comfortable in this extremely well appointed VBRO. Hosts were very helpful in getting us settled for our four night stay in early June. Short drive to a must visit to Plymouth Pawtucket Museum, Mayflower II, and Grist Mill as well as Sandwich Glass Museum. Lovely walk near beach and Piping Plover habitat. We highly recommend this!!!

Beautiful private relaxation
We had a wonderful stay. The beach which was a minute walk from the house, was amazing for the kids to play and without the crowds. Only a short distance to area attractions for day activities on the cape or in downtown Plymouth. Local seafood restaurant is also great. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay everything we hoped it would be.

Our stay was Wonderful. The area is Beautiful and Quiet and we slept well. The hosts are very kind and attentive and even helped us out when our car wouldn’t start upon departure. We highly recommend Seaside Villa and look forward to returning next year.

Great and quiet Location
Shane Blaney called us to find out our arrival time so that he could properly greet us and give us a tour of the home/apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed staying with the Blaney family. The beach is literally a 2-3 minute walk. Take advantage of the fire pit in the back and sit outside around the glass bead fire. Just book here for relaxation and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! Hosts were very responsive and the apartment was very clean. So nice to leave us a bottle of wine, coffee, and variety of spices and condiments. We greatly enjoyed the short walk to the beach and harbor. Thanks for helping us make lasting memories!

Great Hosts and Location!
Wonderful hosts were quick to communicate. This property is a lovely home about 1/4 mile to the beach. It was everything we hoped for, and the hosts were very friendly, with many suggestions re: local dining / activities! We enjoyed their outdoor grill every night we were there. Vacation
The location was quiet and close to a private beach. The apartment was nice and the Blaney's were very nice including the dog. The only problem we had was sleeping at night. The rooms were a little warm at night, could have used a fan. There is an air conditioner but it would have been cold in the kitchen and living room to cool down the bedrooms. All in all we had a very nice stay.

Great, peaceful location
We loved our stay. The beach was the most secluded I've ever been too with the nearest person more than 100 yards away. Being next to the protected salt marsh insured the beach had tremendous natural scenery with very little commercial development. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay in Plymouth
Lovely apartment in an owner occupied, 3 apartment house. Bonnie and Shane were super hospitable and responsive. Outdoor space in the yard was lovely. Short walk to local, rocky private beach but we spent most of our days at a nearby public beach which Had softer sand. Plymouth in general is a great, lower key alternative to the cape. This part of Plymouth is the lower key part of Plymouth. Near a supermarket, restaurants, take out, gym. Would definitely recommend!

Best place for Vacation
We had a chance to stay in this place August 2019. The house was so clean and perfect located in a quite environment few minutes from the beach.We real enjoyed the fresh air from the beach and the ocean view direct from our window.The host are amazing we had wine waiting for us ,The host was more than willing to make us stay as comfortable and convenience as possible and the price was good.The outside of the house was real spacious and clean and the garden was well maintained and it looks beautiful. It was beautiful day full of sunshine and relaxation in the beach words are not enough to tell the beauty of this place. We plan to be back next year and if you plan for a vacation this is the place to stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Vermieter, die mit im Haus wohnen, sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir konnten den wunderschön angelegten Garten nutzen. In ein paar Schritten ist man am Strand. Die Lage ist günstig für viele Besichtigungen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Wonderful hosts
Have you ever been to a fancy restaurant and had bad service and realized that it's better to go to a less-fancy place and have great service? That's what it's like at the Seaside Villas. The location is excellent and the accommodations are just right, though the special treat is how nice the hosts are. Shane, Bonnie and John could not have done more to make it yet another wonderful stay (3rd year in a row). They even entertained our son for a couple of hours, since he's fascinated by their cat. Each year they make another remodeling improvement that makes their home (and yours) even more comfortable.

Very satisfied with this VRBO visit.
The hosts were helpful and very friendly. They even "Uber'ed" us into Boston harbor for a cruise on sailing schooner "Roseway". We had a fantastic view of the cove and marshland from the home and we walked down to the beach area several times during our stay. Kitchen has everything we needed. Bathroom is fine, bedrooms are fine. Thanks again!

Immaculate!
We loved our stay! The owners live nearby and are very welcoming. Bonnie came up with a bottle of wine for us. It's a quiet location and very comfortable place. Short walk to the beach, which was pretty much deserted in October. Unit was super clean!

We felt at home!
The property is absolutely stunning and very welcoming. Lots of outside seating and a beautiful view of the marshes and ocean. John helped us feel at home and shared info on best places to grab a bite to eat if you don't want to cook. It's a short walk to the beach area, which was fantastic! We made a day trip to Boston and spent another exploring the Cape and Plymouth. It was a wonderful experience and we wished we had more time to spend there.

Great place, great hosts
Perfect place to stay and relax. Apartment was spotless, had everything we needed and the backyard was amazing. We stayed here to visit Edaville park and it was just the right distance. The private beach was great and we really appreciated the beach towels, unbrellas and bags that we could borrow. Shane was extremely helpful as well. We are so happy, thank you!

Great rental for a family get away
We stayed at Seaside Villa last week with our 2 year old and had a great quick family get away. Plenty of space and very clean/ tidy. Backyard and patio area was beautifully landscaped and maintained. The backyard also includes an outdoor shower which was perfect for after the beach. The quick walk to the private beach was very convenient. The owners supplied beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for use which was also nice. The neighborhood is very quiet, but close to shopping and options for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner. Would recommend!

The perfect charming and convenient getaway
We came to the cape for a wedding and were so happy to arrive at the Seaside Villas and be greeted personally by our host Shane. The personal touches, hospitality and family vibe were felt throughout the house and continued through the weekend. Our hosts were available for questions, recommendations and helpful advice. The house is clean, cozy and has every amenity you could need. Beach is a quick walk (1-2 min) and you will need some water shoes because it is rocky. They provided beach towels, chairs and even a bag to carry it all in. We will be back with our kids next summer for our family reunion on the cape. Thank you Shane, John and Bonnie for a wonderful getaway - we will definitely be back!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, with nice grounds and private beach.
The owners, who live on the property, are very hospitable and accomodating but not intrusive. The private beach is peaceful and beautiful.......just down the hill. It is about a 20 minute drive to Plymouth Center. There is a supermarket, excellent fish market, and cvs just a 5 minute drive. Beautiful area!

Great value and beautiful home
I would highly recommend. We had our 2 small kids and the house was clean and very inviting. Owner had a bottle of wine a nice welcome note waiting on us upon arrival. Shane (who manages the place) was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had and was very accommodating. This place had a washer and dryer as well which is a big bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

I'm Coming Back!!!
Had a great weekend with my friend while our husbands roughed it in the White Mountains. Even with the rainy weather one of the days the get-a-way was perfect. The private beach just steps from the rental was beautiful. The owners were friendly and helpful - went to two restaurants they suggested and enjoyed a great meal at both. The kitchen was well set up for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the snacks and wine we got from the owners made us feel very welcome. A special shout-out to the owner's son who saved the day when we couldn't get the DVD to play! Great location and I WILL BE BACK! Thank you Bonnie, John, and Shane.

Great place to stay
This was a wonderful "home base" for our vacation. It has the peace and tranquility of being slightly off the beaten path, yet easily accessible to Plymouth, the Cape, and much more. A short walk through a nature preserve takes you to the beach with varied terrain (sand, pebbles, rocks) where we enjoyed long walks, playing in the water, and sitting gazing at the beauty of it all. The owners live on the premise (top floor), and John was very welcoming and helpful, yet not intrusive. He gave us "local/inside" information on directions when asked, made sure the had what we needed to enjoy our time, and we also felt we had the privacy to enjoy our time there. I got the feeling that it was important to him that we enjoy our time and our stay. The grounds are well kept with two nice patios, we had a peek-a-boo view of the ocean through the kitchen window. We brought our own coffee and were happy to find the coffee pot was equipped with filters. We enjoyed a simple breakfast with coffee before we left to explore the day, and although we didn't cook the kitchen was well stocked with every thing needed to make a meal, just bring your own food. Excellent location, great value!

A perfect hideaway spot for vacation
If you're heading for the Cape, you may want to check out this property as a potential spot to stay at. The Villa is well kept with all amenities included. We had easy access to a private beach and the outdoor patio. The Villa is located in a peaceful quiet area, yet is just a stone throws away from Cape Cod. The owner John is very friendly and is there on site if you need anything during your stay. The price is affordable for the region. I highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the area.

Handig gelegen en prima uitgerust huis met gastvrije eigenaren
We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Plymouth, mede dankzij de gastvrije eigenaren van het huis. De keuken is prima uitgerust met voldoende apparatuur. De bedden sliepen heerlijk en er werd zelfs voor extra handdoeken gezorgd. Daarbij zijn ook was faciliteiten aanwezig, altijd handig aan het strand met kinderen. Voor het strand waren er ook stoelen beschikbaar, en zelfs ook wat speelgoed. We mochten gastvrij gebruik maken van de BBQ in de tuin, wat we dan ook hebben gedaan! Kortom, geweldig!

Wonderful place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay! John and Bonnie were great hosts! It was so close to the beach, a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Just what we needed after a long drive. The location was very convenient for visiting other destinations on the east coast. Thanks so much for your hospitality!
