    Welcome to the elegant and spacious 2-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the prestigious Royal William Yard. With breath taking views and a vibrant neighbourhood, you'll have an unforgettable stay in Plymouth.



    Upon entering the apartment, you'll be greeted by the bright and stylish open-plan living area – adorned with exposed timber beams, showcasing the rich history of the building. The comfortable lounge features plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and oversized windows that frame stunning views of the marina. Adjacent to the living area is the well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a small dining table for meals. Also in this area, the first and main bathroom is housed – it includes a large mirror, walk-in shower and W.C.



    The apartment boasts two spacious bedrooms both located in the second floor, each thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. You’ll find an en-suite attached to the master bedroom, fitted with sleek fixtures and a full sized bathtub! Both bedrooms come with ample storage space too.

    Plymouth's downtown area is easily accessible, offering a wide range of attractions

    such as the National Marine Aquarium, the Barbican, and the historic Plymouth Hoe.

    Explore the rich maritime history of the city or simply relax and soak in the breathtaking

    Getting Around:

    This superb apartment is in a fantastic location to enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer by foot, and is moments walking from the Plymouth Ferry port which can take you to Spain or France. A perfect stay either side for trips to and from FRANCE & SPAIN!



    Moments walk from the open spaces of Plymouth Hoe & the sea. Short driving distance to stunning Dartmoor National Park



    Paid parking available in the Royal William Yard public car park (from £15 per day). There’s free parking for a short walk located at Strand Street.

    *Check-in is between 3pm-10pm.

    *Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10pm and 8am.

    *For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.

    *Children are welcome to stay in the house but the travelling party are responsible for their safety and linen is not provided for children's cots due to specific requirements to each individual, health and safety.

    ***No parties, No Pets & No Smoking (throughout our entire space)***

    * The cleaning fee in the reservation breakdown includes 20% VAT

    *For reservations outside Airbnb, we would require a damage deposit of £150 which will be invoiced to guests prior to check-in. This will cover any extra costs like undisclosed extra guests/pets, extra cleaning (deep cleaning) fees, etc. This will be refunded in full after check-out if no extra charges are incurred during your stay.

Overall, a 5-star experience. We’d love to stay again!

We had a perfect stay in Royal William yard. The location was ideal—close to amenities and within an easy (inexpensive) bus ride or taxi to tourist spots. The apartment itself was very comfortable and perfect for a small family. It was so well-equipped and clean, you could easily live there. They really thought of everything you might need, just like being at home. But with the feel of a nice hotel. The communication from the host was the best I’ve ever experienced—responsive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a 5-star experience. We’d love to stay again!
