The property was great. It was clean and offered great space and functionality for my family. The grill was not great as it had not been cleaned and actually ended up having a grease fire. However overall it was wonderful

We stayed that this house in 2023 and everything was well kept and clean. We liked it so much we rented it again but this time the price was way more then the last time and the house needed to be power washed, spider webs all over all the windows, the lawn was over grown, firepit was falling apart, and the ac was all messed up. I have read reviews after my stay and people have been complaining about the same things and nothing has been done about it. Seems they just want the money and don't care about the place.

Guys golf trip

Booked this house for myself and six friends, House was as described in the pictures but both AC units had issues and we never had a time where both zones were working. It made sleeping uncomfortable and we avoided being in the house during the day. We also bought 300 plus dollars of steak for a steak dinner but were unable to use the grill since it would not get above 125 degrees. Upon inspection we also noticed the AC filters were absolutely filthy and looked like they hadn't been changed for 8 months or better. If this property was maintained better it would be a great place to stay.

Beautiful Home

We have rented many times from VRBO and this has to be one of the best. Exactly as described, looked even better than the photo's. Everything very well stocked. Perfect location so you had easy access to Boston and Cape Code but serene and private. The house is spacious and well stocked, one of the best actually in our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. We would go back again in a heart beat.

Beautiful house!

This house was amazing and worked out well for our girls’ weekend. It was spotless when we arrived, spacious and well-equipped. Located on a beautiful pond with gorgeous views! Highly recommend!

Great property

Overall outstanding place. Right on water. All the things needed to cook and play. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms! Nice open space loving area. Great game room. Only issue was air conditioning did not work properly. Temperature was 77 entire time.

Great location

Once we got in (the number pad was not taking the code we were given and we had to call the support number. They were helpful) we were treated to a wide open and welcoming space with gorgeous views of a wonderful pond. East facing so morning sun was lovely .Comfy living room and nice large dining area. Kitchen was well equipped except that the ice maker was not working and there were no ice trays. Hard if you are looking forward to a cocktail. Double bunks had no way for an older adult to climb up on top. We had to use a blow up mattress and take the sheets from the top bunk as there were no extras anywhere. Close to beaches and shopping… very well situated

Wedding stay

It's a beautiful Lake House. Kids loved the paddle boards and the floating raft. Kitchen and grill area was perfect for cookings meals. Secluded and quiet area. Would highly recommend The Lake House.

Peace and fun at the lake

Great location, morning coffee and then into the lake for a swim! Magic!!! House has everything you need, clean and great for a group of people or family. Just enjoy it

Experience could have been better

The house itself was beautiful and plenty of space for our family of 9. However, the air conditioner didn't work on the lower two levels and when we called about it each person we spoke with gave us different answers and it was never resolved. The water pressure in the basement bathroom wasn't that good as well as the main floor bathroom. The main floor bathroom also didn't have great temperature. If these items get updated it should be a great experience.
