The property is great for family gatherings. Plenty of space for everyone and lots to do. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards even the dock to fish off. I have a few suggestions for the owner on how to improve the property if he was willing to reach out to me.

Everything a family needs for a great lake vacation. Amazing location, close to town, quiet small lake and the house is laid out perfectly. We spent so much time outside that we never truly used the basement, but if you have a rainy day, there is plenty to do in this house. Host is incredibly communicative as well

Beautiful property. Plenty big for our entire large family. We did not understand that the "sheets on the bed" would literally be sheets on the bed and make them yourself! And only one towel per person for the entire stay. When you pay thousands of dollars per night, you expect an abundance of towels, and the beds made. The owner did let us in to his linen closet, so we were able to get more towels.

Winter Retreat

We were a group of 4 couples. Our goal was to the enjoy the company of our friends and do some winter activities. It ended up being the weekend of the Pond Hockey tournament, so town was busseling and the timing added another fun event to check ou.t The home is a short distance to Gunstock Mountain and Lake Wini. Dimitry responded timely to questions before and during our stay. We would recommend this Beauty on Lake Wicwas.

Wicwas Spacious Getaway

This property was a fantastic choice for our annual family long weekend winter getaway. There is plenty of seating for dining, playing cards or board games between the dining room and the kitchen bar. With so many bedrooms and bathrooms it made it very nice and easy for everyone to get ready. We had one heavy rain day so the basement game room was a huge hit with the teens and adults. Very happy we stayed here.

Wonderful week

We had six adults and seven children, age 3 to 10. Two grandparents, two children and their husbands and seven grandchildren. There was something for everyone even on the rainy days. It was so much to do in the house. The house is very well equipped. The owner was very responsive when we had a problem with the Internet and made sure that it was corrected immediately. Would definitely recommend this to any extended family.

Perfect for family fun!

Spent a week with our extended family and had a great time! Kayaking, the fire pit, pool tournaments and jumping off the dock kept everyone enter. Well appointed kitchen made sure we were well fed. Plenty of space for everyone to relax on the beautiful porches.

Perfect Location and Beyond Expectations!

The view of the Lake Wicwas from anywhere on the backside of the house surpassed our expectations. It was a spectacular and serene lake view! Being a flower person, the flower pot arrangements were amazing too. The house very comfortably accommodated all eleven of us ranging in age from 7 to 70. The kitchen was a good gathering spot. The porches were great for reading, eating, and relaxing. After seeing the house, my youngest grandchild jumped up and down and said, “ I am so excited!” Her older cousin said, “This is going to be one of the best vacations ever!” after seeing the games in the basement and the water activities by the lake. The lake was amazingly quiet due to minimal boat traffic. There were plenty of activities for the kids and the adults to entertain themselves inside and out. The location is close to Meredith and all that Lake Winnipesaukee offers too. It was an unforgettable vacation and we found everything that we needed which is a tribute to Dimitry’s hospitality.

Beautiful lakeside home

Wonderful place for our large family! The teens loved the games downstairs and the home gym. The little ones enjoyed the beach toys and swimming. Having the private beach and dock was lovely. The adults loved the large porch, and outdoor fire pit. The whole family had a great time!

So many things to do!

This is a large, seriously well stocked property. We had everything we needed. There were so many extras, including things like bubbles for the kids, sand toys and driveway chalk as well as small life vests so they could go kayaking with us. We had a memorable time.

Great stay

The house was perfect for our three families. The setup was perfect and allowed everyone to have some space. The workout room was a nice bonus and allowed some of us to exercise. The backyard was great and the deck was perfect to view the lake with a glass of wine. Gunstock is a solid 25 minutes, but the drive isn't bad. We would definitely rent this again! There were a lot of features that were thought thru by the owner. You can tell they take pride in the home! My only complaint was that you have to pay for early check-in. We have rental properties ourselves and don't charge people for early check-in.

A fun Ski Weekend

Our family enjoyed a fun filled ski weekend at this beautiful home on Lake Wicwas. It is close to Gunstock Mountain and Meredith center. The house was well stocked and the downstairs family and game room is sensational. Our grandkids had a blast and can't wait to go back. Dimitry is an excellant host who is available to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this house for a family get together. Kevin & Noreen

Fun-filled summer gathering

We loved this house on Lake Wicwas. It was perfect for our group of families with its amazing access to the water, its open and comfortable style, and all the fun toys for vacationers young and old(er). Beautiful, well kept well stocked, great location!

A really nice place to unwind with peace and quiet! Only a few boats on the lake, plenty of loon activity and easy kayak exploring. The property is quite large and the pictures of the downstairs do not do it justice. The place is stocked with essentially everything you need except food, clothes and friends / family to enjoy the place with.
