Astor House is a modern large building perfectly placed between the city centre and Plymouth Hoe. The property, for the majority of the year, provides high end student accommodation, and in the summer months part of this accommodation is available to be used for summer guests with Pureserviced.

Available room types are:

Individual ensuite bedrooms with access to a shared kitchen, dining area and lounge.

Four-, five-, six- and eight-bedroom apartments where every bedroom has its own ensuite, and each apartment having its own kitchen, lounge/diner.

There is super-fast Wi-Fi throughout the building, a large modern communal laundry area with multiple washing machines and tumble dryers, with all bed linen and towels provided as part of the stay and all the beds being small doubles (4 Feet/121.92cm in width).
