Enjoy the screened porch and take a short walk to our private shared sandy beach on crystal clear Newfound Lake. Our beach enjoys the beautiful sunsets. You can also enjoy our horseshoe pit. Take advantage of the hiking trails close by. New queen bed for comfortable sleeping and new shower! We now have wifi!

Great cottage and great host

Came up for bike week with my parents and this was the perfect spot for us. Denise was very accommodating and made sure we didn't have any issues. Would stay here again.

Very relaxing. Immaculate, very quiet, Loved the screened in porch, great location near restaurants, stores, and many things of interest. Priced appropriately. Would rent again.

Cozy Newfound Lake Retreat

The four of us had a great stay at this knotty pine cottage. Clean and cozy and, close to everything. Denise was very responsive to any questions we had and the cottage was well prepared for our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Nostalgic cabin

The cabin was very clean, good location. Close to many nice restaurants and convenience stores. The lake was beautiful as always. Just wish the weather was a little better.

Very comfortable and well appointed home for the week

We love this area, and the rental is thoughtfully set up with extras like salt and pepper, heat, and a cart to move things in and out. We really enjoyed our stay, and all communication with the owner was answered quickly and thoroughly. We hope to come back to this property for our next visit!

Newfound Lake get away

Rustic, quaint cottage with front yard, fire pit, short walk to very small water frontage on very clean Newfound Lake. Enjoyed the less traveled area. Host very pleasant and accommodating

Cute little property in close proximity to the Kamcamagus Highway

Cute little property in close proximity to the Kamcamagus Highway but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy towns. The owner/manager Denise was great at communicating and check in was exactly as described. We would consider staying here again if in the area.

Wedding weekend

Our weekend stay at the cottage was perfect. We were there to attend our friend’s wedding. The cottage was clean & close to the venue! The lake was just a short walk, and the views at the lake was amazing & peaceful. I would definitely stay there again!

Exactly as described, perfect for what we needed!

Our stay was wonderful! A small hiccup @ the beginning was quickly resolved as the host was quick to respond and very helpful! Glad we stayed here and would gladly stay again! Absolutely beautiful view from the lake, and the walk down from the cottage was short! The cottage was perfect for what we needed and was equipped with everything we needed during our stay👍🏼

Perfect summer cabin on Newfound Lake

Our family has been staying at Newfound Lake for years, and I was thrilled to find this location right by the beach where my kids grew up! Quintessential lake cabin, the kitchen was well-stocked to cook a dinner, and everything was very comfortable. The screened-in porch was the best!! Great communication with the host.

The cottage was perfect for the weekend. The walk to the lake was less than 2 minutes and it was beautiful. The cottage itself did well with heaters, everything was clean, and the owner was very helpful and kind. She even has some appliances for you to use and cooking utensils.

Exactly as promised, the cottage was clean and a perfect place for a weekend NH getaway. Owner was very thoughtful, called afterward to let me know I'd left a pair of sunglasses, offered to rendezvous with me hours after I'd left. Highly recommend
