Great stay!
We had a great stay at this property! We are a family of four- mom, dad and two little girls ages seven and four. The access to the water was great-the living space and kitchen were great. Amy had so many chairs for the beach available… I think our family personally would like a bit more space to spread out next time. The ceiling in the sleeping quarters was low for my 6’4” husband. But it is truely exactly as depicted… we just learned our family needs a bit more space and ability to separate. But two thumbs up for this property!

Excellent location
We enjoyed our stay in Plymouth. This location was well situated for site seeing and the accommodations were well appointed and very clean. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the beach even though the weather was cool and windy. We wish we'd had more time to stay.

Great Stay!
We wish we would have booked here longer!! The space is perfect for a family of 4! Kitchen had everything we needed. Amy was incredibly accommodating. Currently telling all of our friends and family where they should book if they are considering going to the Cape.

Plymouth Family Trip
Our stay was nice at Barn Tides. The house was updated, cozy and clean. The views were great. The boardwalk down to the beach is rather steep, but it was fine after the first time down. The private beach was nice during low tide and we enjoyed the history and waterfront in Plymouth.

Anniversary getaway
My wife and I had a great weekend getaway at this cottage by the sea. Everything was just as we saw online. Amy was friendly and made sure to be in contact if we needed everything. Everything was very clean and modern. Great beach once it was low tide, was able to take a short walk down the beach to Sandy's. Definitely will try to come back another year.

A nice retreat off the beaten path!
The whole experience was refreshing! Everything was as described and Amy (the hostess) actively checked in with us the whole time we were there. It was a very cozy, quaint little retreat for us and we couldn't have asked for anything nicer! The views .. priceless! So glad we decided to stay here :)

Cozy Cottage
Amy was a wonderful host! The cottage is as beautiful as pictured. Great water views and for beach access, there is a 10 minute walk (or quick drive) to lovely Plymouth Long Beach. Local historic sites were conveniently close by, along with the wharf in Plymouth - we enjoyed taking the 90 minute ferry to Provincetown. You can expect a very enjoyable stay!

Relaxing Stay with Beautiful View
The barn is beautifully newly renovated. It has a kitchen I wish I had at home. The beds were super comfortable. Although a really tall person does need to be careful not to smack their head on the ceiling in the loft. The view was priceless. Amy was in constant communication with us. We had all that we needed. It was a wonderful stay.

TOP OF THE LINE PROPERTY - EXCELLENT!!
My daughter and I will return to this property again. Highly recommended! Our host was awesome and everything we could have needed was provided. Extremely courteous and friendly. The moment we opened the door, we felt welcomed and at home. Can't say enough good things about it. Everyone should stay at Barntides!!!

The property boasts thoughtful amenities and calculated comforts! Amy has added so many details to help you feel comfortable and welcome! So clean and beautiful, both inside and out! The beds are so comfy and the decor is so light and airy! Amy and all visitors were so welcoming and friendly! Great experience for our whole family!!

Best Rent We’ve Had
Our family of 4 chose this property hoping for a beach getaway that was cleaner and roomier than a hotel, with amenities. We lucked out! BarnTides is new, beautiful and thoughtfully furnished with everything from coffee and storage containers for leftovers to blankets and shampoo. The towels are as fluffy as at the Four Seasons and there is wifi and premium channels for streaming. It was like being home but without the housework. It’s small but not tiny and tastefully decorated. We had bad weather but did not mind as we were so relaxed and very comfortable. It’s right on the water, which was fun for beach time and seal watching, sunrise and sunset. What a gem! Thank you Amy for your kindness and friendliness!

Great location for nature and history buffs
Great spot to check out Plymouth and the surrounding areas from. Amy was friendly and helpful. We loved watching seals from the back of the property, swimming at low tide, and running down Long Neck Beach at sunrise. My boys (aged 4 and 7) loved being able to visit the Mayflower and Plimoth Patuxet Museum, plus heading to the arcade in town. Su Casa and Artisan Pig in Plymouth are both delish if you're looking for a bite to eat and some yummy wine/beer/cocktails. And Island Creek Oyster Farm is just a 20 minute drive away for a relaxing afternoon treat. All in all we had a fabulous few days!

Great Mini Vacay
Amy was a wonderful host with an absolutely beautiful home. The view was stunning and the home itself was clean, wonderfully decorated and comfortable. Coffee, cooking essentials and general amenities are all there which was helpful. Access to the beach was right at your fingertips and when not at the beach, the home was perfect! I would love to return again soon!

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!
I only wish I could give it six stars! This is a lovely property right on the bay. The kitchen is superior and extremely well stocked with everything including coffee, tea, sugar etc. We like to cook and had everything we needed. The bathroom, also very well stocked with products, is on the ground floor so grandpa and I slept downstairs on the twin beds since we get up first. The beds were very comfortable and we got up and made the coffee and were out on the beach well before the slugs upstairs! The loft is utterly charming with a very comfortable queen bed. Our 10 year old grandson was enchanted with it. Our hosts were wonderful and instantly responded to all of my many text questions. Another thing we really liked is that is practically in the backyard of Plimouth/Patuxet. It is an easy 5 minute drive and you don’t have to go through the town traffic. As a fellow VRBO owner, I can’t recommend this enough. It is exactly what everyone dreams of in a vacation rental.

A home away from home
The property looks newly renovated. We ate out for all of our meals, but the kitchen has everything you would need for cooking. The reclining seats in the couch are very comfortable. Sitting outside watching the beautiful ocean view was very relaxing.

Beautiful beach front property
Amy was the perfect host. Checked in a few times to ensure everything was going well. The inside of the barn is beautiful. So well maintained. When we arrived amy left a bottle of wine. So close to the beach and downtown. Was really the perfect location.
