During Your Stay
Please treat the property with care and respect, as you would your own home. Report any damage, maintenance issues, or breakages immediately to our Guest Relations Team. No furniture or bedding should be moved between rooms. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in an additional deep-cleaning charge.
Noise & Behaviour
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am out of respect for neighbours. No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted . Any disruptive, antisocial, or unlawful behaviour will result in immediate termination of your stay.
Pets Pets are not permitted at this property unless agreed in advance and confirmed in your booking notes. If authorised, pets must not be left unattended and must be kept off all furniture and bedding.
Cleaning & Waste
Please leave the property reasonably tidy on departure. Place all rubbish in the correct bins and remove any food from the fridge and cupboards before checkout. Additional cleaning required beyond standard housekeeping may incur extra charges.

Getting Here By Car: From the A38, take the exit for Plymouth City Centre / The Hoe. Follow signs for Plymouth Hoe and Citadel Road East. Turn onto St James Place East — Number 10 is located midway down the street on the right-hand side. Parking information will be provided with your check-in instructions. By Train: Arrive at Plymouth Railway Station (PL4 6AB). The property is approximately a 7-minute taxi ride or a 25-minute walk from the station. On Foot (from The Hoe): Walk north from the Hoe promenade towards Citadel Road East. Turn left onto St James Place East — the property is a short walk down on your right.
