"Such a beautiful, beautiful place in a lovely setting. Such attention to detail, the furnishings, the gardens and sitting areas not to mention the wonderful breakfast that was served. Our host could not have been more helpful or pleasant. We hated that we could only stay one night. Hopefully we can return one day !"

"Jo & Martin are very welcoming, helpful and exchange places to go and things to do around the local areas. The breakfast were amazing and a good choice of things to eat. Nothing was to much trouble. Helpful with parking too . Couldn’t get on the web site so phone and Jo sorted it out for me."

"The owners were so welcoming and excited to meet me. Loved the old fashioned keys for room entry and the amazingly delicious breakfast prior to my departure. They literally kept an eye on my car during the night. Would 💯% recommend this quaint B&B."

"We had lovely time staying at the Cleveland Hotel. The room was excellent and the staff was very helpful."

"Our first mini break away alone, in 13 years and it didn't dissapoint. Anne is the most lovely host, so organised, courteous and kind, nothing was too much trouble. We were a little hot in the small double room, however Anne quickly provided a fan that assisted well. Breakfast was very tasty and scheduled for a time to suit us. "The Berberry is a great place to stay, just 10 minutes walk from the station or the seafront, and offers a very comfortable bed with a great breakfast to set you up for the day ahead!!! We were warmly welcomed, and the information Steve shared about local restaurants helped us to find some delicious seafood even on a bank holiday weekend!! Wendy’s delicious homemade cake was a lovely addition to a relaxing cuppa in the garden on our arrival, and the breakfast menu covers all tastes, including...

"Julia and Jamie were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was freshly cooked every morning, with plenty of choice available. The seafront with lots of restaurants and amenities are within walking distance, making it a very convenient location. The mattress was a little too firm for our liking. We would also have appreciated the option of later breakfast slots (the latest slot was 9-9.15am) and blackout curtains/blinds in the bedroom, which would have allowed us to...

"We had a wonderful stay in Room 8 (the Shark Room), which was absolutely lovely. The owner is incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the seafront and surrounded by plenty of great pubs and cafes."
