What a superb concentration of maritime landscapes! On the coast of Plouescat, between Roscoff and Les Abers, there is a succession of sandy beaches, dune massifs and piles of rocks with unusual shapes. This anthology of landscapes unfolds from a pretty fishing port and the seaside resort.
Villa L'Océane is located in Plouescat in the sacred jewel of the Wild Coast of Brittany.

THE BEACH
Pure beauty!
Rocks roundly sculpted by the sea and the wind frame the Porsguen jetty. From this typical port, they give the start to a poetic walk on the GR34, along the 13km of the Plouescat coastline. Lagoon-like coves are interspersed between wild dunes and fine sandy beaches. Chaos of granite rocks emerge against a background of turquoise waters specific to the Côte des Sables.

The villa awaits you to share unforgettable moments with family or friends.
Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and the lively places of the seaside resort!
Spacious villa allowing everyone to enjoy their holidays at their own pace:
- 70m² relaxation area with sea view with lounge area, billiards, baby, bar, children's area

- 2 min walk to the sandy beach (50 m)
- Indoor SPAs in a 70m² relaxation area with lounges for rest
- 70m² relaxation room (bar, billiards and table football) with sea view

ACTIVITIES
Plouescat, a seaside resort classified since 1978, offers many activities throughout the year.
Sports activities thanks in particular to its water sports centre: sailing, sand yachting, kayaking, paddle, pirogue or even swimming lessons and swimming in the sea...
Bike rides on the Côte des Sables and beach entertainment in the summer season.
Many leisure facilities at your disposal: cinema, casino, golf, tennis courts, equestrian centre, mini-golf and pedal boats...
Cultural outings to discover:
The House of the Dunes and the honey house of the Côte des légendes
Festivals not to be missed:
"Place aux mômes", "Ludibreizh" and the "Honey Festival"
And many other outings to do: Océanopolis, the amusement park "Les 3 curés", the islands (Batz, Molène, Sein and Ouessant)...

Arrival from 12 noon: 65 €
Check-out until 2pm: supplement of 65€
Check-out until 6pm: supplement of 130€.

Please note that the maximum capacity of our villa is 10 people: adults, children and babies included. We do not accept any additional guests.

The heating of the villa (from October to March inclusive) is set for a room temperature of the villa at 19 degrees.
For the months of September and April, if our travellers wish, a pellet stove is at their disposal (pellets to be provided).
