The kitchen is fully integrated into the open living space and features a dedicated dining table, making it ideal for shared meals. A separate WC is also conveniently located on this floor. The upper floor hosts 2 bedrooms: the first is a room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second features 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm mattresses and a length of 200 cm. The single bathroom on this floor includes both a bath and a WC, completing the sleeping quarters with all necessary comforts. The property also benefits from a south-facing garden of 236 m2, offering an exceptional outdoor living experience.
