"My friend and I booked the Charisma during our first trip to Mykonos. The property and staff are truly wonderous. We really enjoyed our time there and felt like a part of a family. The staff started communicating with us a few weeks prior to our arrival and made sure to have transportation available. They helped us with our bags and even upgraded one of the rooms. Throughout our stay, the service level was elite; we were able to just relax and enjoy because the staff took care of everything...

"Excelente servicio, muy limpio, buen desayuno incluido, con atencion del personal excelente, buenas vistas, tienen convenio con el beach club de Princepote con descuento del 50% (sigue estando extremedamente caro 120 euros por persona + consumo), yo recomendaria quedarse en el hotel, comer en el hotel y con las toallas bajar a la zona publica, el agua esta fria en la bahia y en la alberca. "
