Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The south-east-facing flat is composed as follows:
- A 12 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and storage space.
- A shower room with a shower, washing machine/dryer and WC.

The flat is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in very pleasant surroundings. Within a 50 m radius, you'll find a crêperie, a bakery, a pharmacy, a fishmonger's, several eating establishments, a small supermarket and a newspaper shop. A little further on are the casino, cinema, thalassotherapy centre and tennis courts. All the shops are within easy walking distance.

You can also enjoy hiking on the GR34, or activities on the beach (lazing around, swimming, sailing courses, etc.).
The Val-André beach is 50 m from the accommodation.
