The Clydesdale‑Dosanko‑Andalusian Retreat brings together three of our signature accommodations — the sunlit warmth of Clydesdale Cottage, the elevated simplicity of Dosanko Cottage, and the serene sophistication of the Andalusian Suite. This expansive combination offers five bedrooms in total: two queen bedrooms, two bunk‑bed rooms, and two additional queen beds in the suite. With two sofa beds, three kitchens, and three private bathrooms, the retreat comfortably accommodates up to fourteen guests, making it ideal for large families, milestone celebrations, or groups seeking both privacy and shared connection.

Located within Equestrian House, each accommodation offers its own distinct charm: Clydesdale with its radiant comfort, Dosanko with its refined simplicity, and Andalusian with its warm, timeless elegance. Positioned just steps apart within the estate, these units create the perfect setup for guests who want to stay close while enjoying beautifully appointed, individual spaces.

Pet Policy:
We love pets at The Equestrian House! A pet fee of $149 per pet, per stay (excluding local taxes) applies.

Seasonal Amenities:
During the spring, summer, and fall months, guests can enjoy complimentary access to one of our tennis courts, six basketball courts (bring your own sports equipment), and an outdoor swimming pool shared with other guests unless the entire estate is reserved.

Estate Options:
The Equestrian House offers multiple units located just minutes apart within the property. Each unit can be booked separately depending on your needs, or you may reserve the entire estate, which can accommodate up to 36 guests. Conveniently situated just two hours from New York City and close to major camping sites and ski resorts, the estate is ideal for families, milestone celebrations, or group retreats seeking both privacy and connection.
