"There are no amenities no pool no rooftop terrace the breakfast option is terrible we stayed for over a month and they never opened the buffet system it is there for show only . Apart from breakfast and no amenities at all this is a beautiful place and the best location in NHA Trang"

"I had a wonderful experience at Potique Hotel. The staff was welcoming, especially Victor from the time I walked in the door. The spa had an extensive menu to choose from, and the gym, though still fairly small, had enough equipment to allow for some of my better workouts while traveling. The buffet breakfast was also great quality. Highly recommend staying here!"

"A great hotel opposite the beach. Room was lovely with stunning views of the sea. Reception staff were fantastic so helpful. The breakfast was fantastic lots of choice. Only thing unfortunately most of the hotels have limited sunbeds on the beach so difficult to get them. But you can hire them for a cheap daily rate."

"Der Aufenthalt im The Empyrean Hotel war insgesamt eher enttäuschend. Die Zimmer entsprechen meiner Meinung nach höchstens einem 3-Sterne-Standard und wirken nicht besonders hochwertig oder modern. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer kühlt leider nur minimal, sodass Getränke kaum richtig kalt werden. Besonders störend war außerdem der Safe: Dieser funktionierte ständig nicht richtig, sodass man mehrfach jemanden rufen musste, der ihn wieder öffnet oder zurücksetzt.
