"Wonderful condo! Clean and well-stocked. Close to all the action but with a view of the water. Faces away from the Main Street so it’s quiet despite all the activity in the area. Great instructions from owner. One parking space is assigned to the unit and a pass for on street parking but can be difficult to find a second spot. We stayed 4th of July weekend which made the parking more challenging. Loved the condo, amenities and location. Would definitely stay again:)"

"We had a great time staying at this perfect located rental. Everything great about Dewey, including the beach, is a quick walk away. The home itself is small but well appointed. We were a couple plus one dog but would have been comfortable with more guests. Would recommend. "

"Bethany Beach is a quiet family beach town. We had a wonderful and restful stay...taking umbrella & beach chairs w/ books to enjoy the sounds of the ocean each day of our stay. The condo was perfect for us, retired couple, who enjoyed getting away for a few restful days. Staying oceanfront, we were steps from the beach. Condo perfect for us two and Dianne, our host, so gracious. All the comforts..."

"A nice condo unit overlooking Rt. 1. Inside, the unit is quiet. We never heard any noise from the adjacent tenants. Furniture and appliances were in good shape. The building is located on the ocean side of Rt. 1 so you never have to cross the street to get to the beach (a plus in my book). The building is also steps away from the major restaurants and bars.This place a good value."

"My wife, 2 sons, and dog had a great time in Dewey Beach using this condo as our home base. It had everything we needed to have a nice, relaxing, mellow off-season week on the Delaware coast. Robin was very responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had via text message. The condo is exactly as pictured and is in really great shape with really nice bathrooms, top tier appliances, internet, smart TV, and a nice large kitchen table to sit at for meals and play games as a family."
