"The location of this property is fantastic. It was only a little noisy from the neighboring restaurants on Saturday night, and even then it wasn't terrible. Parking is tight, but we had no issues with it. The property is very no frills. You have to bring everything with you - linens, towels, comforter, etc. What we didn't like: The murphy bed is ridiculously firm. We did not sleep well at all. This is a matter of preference, but it was even too firm for one of us who loves a firm bed. ...

"Overall this place was very clean, absolutely beautiful, quiet location without driving away from everything, with easy access. We did run into two small issues that were unavoidable, but had a clear line of communication with the owner and were resolved without causing a single wrinkle in our stay. We would definitely stay at this location again or any other by this host."

"The host and check in was flawless.th condo is cute but small bit did the job. 1 big issue is the condo is listed as 2 baths… but it’s on 1.5 bath. Only one full bath for 5 adults was disappointing and it sleeps up to 10. There is a very small shower upstairs. If you’re a bigger man/women best of luck. 2 main areas of concern was the back yard was filthy and the floor of the outside shower was algae green looking. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with great parking, which made everything so convenient. The house had that cozy beach house vibe both inside and out, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the weekend.
