"Totally enjoyed our stay at this cozy shabby chic beach cottage. Excellent location with beach access only steps away. The property had all the amenities and comforts of home and conveniently located. Our host was responsive to any questions to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Plenty of dog friendly places for our pup. "

"Sara’s responses were prompt. She’s an excellent host. Very understanding, kind, an extremely nice person. The unit was exceptionally clean. However, the noise coming from other residents was frustrating! The units exhaust fans was used to ground out noise coming from the 2nd floor unit. This was reported twice to Ms. Sara. And promptly she went to the HOA. Ms. Sara did her job as an host. The HOA failed on their end. And apparently let it go! Because from that point the noise increased! All...

"The property was very clean and the perfect size for 2 people! Great location! Close to beach the board walk and great restaurants!"

"Hello. The overall property was nice. The layout, decor, and furniture. However, the unit was not properly cleaned. The washing machine had what looked like dirt inside around the seal and door. There was dirt and crumbs all around the baseboards in the kitchen and throughout the property. The stove and backsplash was not throughly cleaned. The racks inside the refrigerator and freezer are rusting. There were two dead birds laying on the back porch. There were stains on the rugs in the bathroom...

"Everything was very clean. The only thing that needed to be cleaned was the air vent in the dinning room. Was covered in dust. We ended up vacuuming it ourselves. My granddaughter has severe allergies and asthma."

"Overall it was a good stay. The location is fabulous and the apartment was very cute. The host as really helpful even when we lockwd ourselves out, The place was pretty clean although we spotted a bug or two. My main comment is that I underestimated how much of a truly basement apartment this is. Complete w the musty smell. They did everything possible to dehumidify and filter the air but it was still quite musty. And there’s no real outdoor space w this unit which was disappointing. "

"The hosts were very responsive . The unit was a spacious two bedroom condo with a lovely three season room. It was well located between Lewes and Rehoboth. The kitchen and baths were well appointed with what we needed for our stay. "
