"Clean room"

"On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

"Was over visiting family long term but required a bolt hole to give the family some space. Oasis was perfect, had everything we needed and is appointed to a high standard. Location was nice and quiet, Helen is a wonderful host. Would thoroughly recommend."

"The host is very responsive which is a plus. The room was okay, didn't feel like it was cleaned very well and the pillowcases did not look appealing to sleep on I covered it with a towel. Basic amenities are provided. Location is super convenient though, close to the station and main strip of shops."

"Check in process is beyond inconvenient. Never had a worse experience. If you want people to check in online then let them know ahead of time. I'm juggling luggage on the street trying to check in with your phone staff. Filling online forms, scanning ID etc just to open the hotel entrance door. That is the first and last time for me."

"As advertised there is no a/c and we arrived on a hot day to find the lounge roasting but the overhead fan inoperable. Floor fans were available but the first impression was disappointment, a sentiment reinforced by the 18 stick-on picture hooks left on the bedroom wall pbecause someone couldn’t be bothered to remove them.The tv was not connected to the internet for streaming services and at 07.30 on the second morning the builders fixing the leaking roof started drilling and hammering...
