"Our family had an incredible stay. Great place for children and close to downtown Rosarito but still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We loved that every room had a/c since we went on a particularly hot weekend. And having a tv in every room helped with every kids wishes to watch something different. "Our stay was disappointing due to cleanliness, communication, and guest-readiness concerns.We received conflicting information from the owner and management regarding check-in and check-out. We were also surprised when an unidentified woman entered the property using her own access code without knocking or announcing herself. It took several hours for management to clarify who she was.The home did not appear to have been cleaned before our arrival. Linen, dishes, silverware, countertops,...
