"The hotel itself was beautiful, with lovely facilities and a nice pool area. However, the location wasn’t ideal for us, as it’s in a quiet residential area — about a 30-minute walk to either Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach. The pool was great, though it would be even better if there were a separate pool area for children, as the main pool (especially near the pool bar) tended to get quite busy with kids."

"Loved this charming boutique motel! Our oceanfront room was perfect — comfortable bed, great value, and a prime central location. It was the ideal little getaway. We really appreciated the bonus perks: onsite parking, bike hire, and super friendly staff. The daily happy hour from 4–6 was a great touch! Tucked away in a quiet spot, yet close to everything. "Golden Riviera is in a prime spot on the beach and close to shops, pub and lifesaving club. The large pool is lightly heated and is exceptionally clean and beautiful. The area around the pool is inviting and attractive with loungers, umbrellas and a barbeque area. The gardens are well-kept, tranquil and lush.
