"Rooms were nicely decorated however for a 5* resorts I was expecting the bathrooms to be modern and beautiful. They were not! And also we found (we had 3 rooms) mould in all showers. Reception and staff from La Mesa were very friendly however staff at the pool bar were not nice and cocktails were not up to the quality we expected from again a 5* resort. Very noisy due to school hols and kids take over all amenities. We will not be back as it didn’t provide value for our money and it was not a 5*...

"Walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors breathing. I tried working out in the morning and was told to shut up by neighbors. Had a call at 5am in my room, regular volume was made (it was a work call); again neighbors freaked out because it woke them. I also could not use the tv as it was attached to the wall, max volume I could go was 20 out of 100 before the neighbor Complained. Walls are as thin as can be, all can be heard, and yes I mean (all). I reported this to the staff of course....

"Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation.
