"Of all the VRBOs we have stayed in, our hosts here were the BEST communicators we have ever experienced! They replied quickly, were helpful, even offered an early check-in and late check-out! We asked for two larger beach chairs and they were on our doorstep within hours! The Pelican #5 had two A/C units which made both the bedroom and living area comfortable. Everything was very clean. The location can’t be beat! Quick walk to the beach and to the fun spots at John’s Pass! We highly recommend...

"The property was great. It had a wonderful view of the water to the intercoastal. The communication with the property was terrific. They were helpful and always responded right away if I had a question. The property looked recently updated. It was cute and quaint and so much better than your standard hotel room. "It was really nice and clean. Had a lot of things we could use like a beach wagon, umbrellas, chairs, even fishing poles. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and tools needed. The pool was nice and quiet. Once the dock is fixed we would love to come back and take our paddle boards from that area. Furniture was nice & comfortable."

"This VRBO is cute and clean. The communication with the owners was fine. Location was great. However, people need to know that the bed is a mattress on the floor, and the ceiling is only 5 feet high. So if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light switch for the stairs is at the bottom...so don't hit your head gettting up...make your way down the dark stairs (don't fall)and then climb another set of stairs to the bathroom.
