"I was very pleased with my stay in this unit! The space was clean with a very nice, updated kitchen. Everything was in great condition and the location was phenomenal! It was a 1-2 minute walk to the beach with a convenient pedestrian crosswalk right there. We walked to get ice cream, walked to Johns Pass, walked to breakfast. No need for a rental car! I will definitely be staying here again! Only negative was no washer and dryer, so bring plenty of clothes."

"We loved this property and location! Quiet area. Walking distance to beach and Coco’s Crush Bar and Grill. The property was decorated nicely in beach decor. We loved the pool, grill, beach chairs/buggy, washer/dryer. Short drive to Clearwater, John’s Pass and St Pete. We had a great time! "

"Our 3rd stay here at Coquino Cove!! Walk two blocks to the awesome beach. Within walking distance to coffee shops, ice cream shop and restaurants!! Unit is delightful. Heated pool is wonderful. LOVE having access to the washer and dryer! "

"The condo was an easy 25min drive from PIE (which was smaller and much easier than past experiences at TPA). We enjoyed the options of pool and ocean at different times of the day and never found either too crowded. The Gulf was really warm and comfortable for swimming and playing in the waves. We appreciated the good quality beach towels, chairs (including the owners replacing 2 right away that we found were broken), and umbrella that were available for use in the condo (plus other beach toys)....

"I booked this for my birthday weekend and we had such a great time! It was right across from the beach so that made it easy to set up our spot in the mornings. It was also in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! The room was clean and the perfect size for us to stay the weekend. "I traveled with a friend to Indian Rocks Beach for the first time. We usually stay in Clearwater. This is our new go to rental! The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything that we needed, including beach chairs and beach towels, a cooler, beach games and an umbrella, an iron and ironing board (which we did not use), a hair dryer, and even various suntan lotions left by previous guests. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (bring your own coffee). I slept on the...

"We loved the location so close to the beach, and the unit was completely stocked with everything we needed, including a noise machine! Coco's on the corner was a great place to hang out, listen to live music, and the shrimp was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Is an older building/efficiency but it was renovated and everything was clean and worked well. Cannot beat the location and communication with property manager was great. My only complaint is that the bed is a firm memory foam mattress. Even if we had the option to have a softer topper out would have helped us to sleep more comfortably. "

"very nice hotel, we came to spend a quiet vacation and to relax but very disappointed that the rooms do not have smart tv and they do not let you know, you could not watch netflix or any platform, I had to buy an apple tv to be able to enjoy ... they charged me double for the stay, since I had already paid it previously when I made the reservation, I was able to solve that problem the last day before I left although it is still pending, I had to change rooms because they had problems with the water on the first day, very nice hotel and very nice people except one of the valet parking who had a bad attitude even so after one gives him a tip, the others were very friendly, please let it be known in the description that they do not have smart tv for future clients who want to enjoy the night with family watching a movie"
