"The condo was nice and clean. Much of the exterior of the complex is under renovation and messy. The place is not gated as fencing is temporary and entry gate is not working. The condo door does not have a deadbolt that you can lock from the inside only the automatic code lock. I would have felt a bit safer if there was an additional deadbolt lock. Not a fan of the communication with my host through vbro. "

"The air conditioning worked great and the extras like toothbrushes, coffee pods/creamer, etc were great! Very clean and Dawn was wonderful. I would suggest updating the Check Out time because it said 11:00a online but when the info sheet when you get to the condo says 10:00a. We could have used that extra hour. Great location!"

"The room was updated somewhat but there were several issues. The toilet rocks when you sit on it, we had trouble 2 mornings with no hot water( someone came to look at it but said only small water heaters for a big place, limited silverware and dishes it’s gone downhill since it was sold and no longer a motel. "This location was perfect for a family get-together for New Year's Eve...3 generations, three adults, two children and 2 dogs... Close to a beautiful beach where it is walkable if you choose or there is also public beach parking nearby. We would definitely go back to this rental in the future. Andi was great with providing checkin details, bring pets and a providing a pack and play for the 1 yr old. She was very quick to reply with assistance and questions."

"The property was great. We were on the top floor. The bottom floor was going through renovation after the hurricane. The pool was awesome. Everything was really clean. The condo was clean as well. The intercostal was right outside the door. The beach was across a Main Street. Renovations were being done on the beach as well. A public beach was a short drive and very nice. Check out a Happy Place and Sweet Sage. "

"This place was amazing!! It had everything we needed. We stayed during Christmas and there were 2 little trees for us to enjoy and a cute little candle holder that was a perfect little addition to our Christmas breakfast!
