"Staff & John the server were amazing!! Very attentive. Pool & pool beds are comfy. Great drink deals. The view was amazing especially at night! Breakfast was really good plenty of options & different stuff on the 2 days we ate there. The decor is aged but beds were very comfy & housekeepers were always helpful. Would stay again & would recommend."

The service was smooth, efficient, and done with a great attitude. She made our entire dining experience better. People are saying it's five-star service, and frankly, they're right. If you get Ink as your server, you're going to have a great time. Highly recommended!"

"We overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but we do have two examples of really bad customer service.
1. we asked in the reception for a price to go to Utapoa airport, after showing the person the exact position on google maps, he said that the price would be 500 Bath.
Next day when we were ordering the taxi, the price was 1000 bath, and the excuse was that the person had misunderstood where we were going…!

"Es geht um das Tsix5 Quarter
Ja das Zimmer 4015 wirkte vernachlässigt. Es gab erheblich Kratzer und Abschürfungen an den Wänden. Im Badezimmer funktionierte eine Lampe (die in der Mitte und somit die hellster) nicht. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regeln und kühlte immer auf 18Grad herunter, ich wollte aber gern 26Grad. Es kam ein Techniker und reparierte die Badezimmer Lampe aber die Klimaanlage konnte er nicht reparieren und auch der Zimmerservice brachte die Klimaanlage nicht dauerhaft auf...
