"The condo is in an ideal location. Having a parking space in a gated lot was fabulous. The king bed was comfortable. The twin was not comfortable. Things it needs, in my opinion: beach towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, a shower rug, dishwasher detergent. The property manager was very nice and responded in a timely manner. The check in process could be improved with instructions to park first, get the gate opener from your condo and then park in the gated area. Check out required...

"Nice place in the beach town of Summerland. It was conveniently located to Santa Barbara and Goleta, where I was visiting my daughter at the university. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, with good communication from the host. Would stay again."

"What a great location. Lovely neighborhood to walk the doggies, two great parks with playgrounds within walking distance, and beautiful ocean and mountain views. Nice places to visit close by, like “ A Sacred Space” and “Godmothers”, and good eats all around."

"This is a spectacular location and property in Summerland. The house has plenty of room and a nicely appointed kitchen for meals. The outside space is generous and comfortable. Rick and Debby were kind, gracious, and helpful. We hope to be back in the future for another stay!"

"My husband and I spent four nights in this studio in the south west area of Montecito. The studio is clean, nicely decorated, private, quiet, the manager was always available, super nice and helpful although we never actually met her. A bit of a drive to grocery store and restaurants, etc but would consider the unit again. As a frequent user of short term rentalI agencies, have never experienced a security deposit/fee as strict as this… this was the one thing about this unit which is a...

"We stayed for a weekend to attend my daughters graduation. The property was adorable and well maintained. Perfect for our group of 4. We loved the private patio. The host was attentive and quick to respond when needed. We would definitely book again."

"What a lovely spot to relax and reconnect! This house had the perfect setting plus proximity on foot to the village of Montecito and Butterfly beach. The beds were super comfy and the unit had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again! "
