"Dirty place in nasty naberhood. Close to the beach BUT not a nice area around!!! Beds are like sleeping on the floor, nasty food is wrong to say but the food is okay. The bar in the reseotion erya dont know how to smile and slow as hell! so overall, dont go ther!"

"The hotel was overall nice. The thing is that it is on a very loud location, on the street. For sure it is not a 4 star hotel, I would give it less. The parking is not available for all guests, you can’t even reserve a space before arriving so we were supposed to pay on the Nesebar parking for our car for 7 days. "We had a great stay. Family of 4 staying mid to end of September. The hotel was kept clean all of the time, room was lovely and also cleaned each day. Facilities at the time we went were good. Water slides and pool options for the kids were great and clean. Sunbeds readily available, as with most hotels it’s first come first served for the spot you get. "To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience. The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state. The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them . I paid for parking for our motorcycle and had no issues"
