"Best Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. Easy parking, next to excellent Mall, superb staff."

"The hotel has several strong points: wonderful, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful territory, and decent rooms. However, the rooms show visible signs of wear and appear not to have been renovated for some time. The condition of the finishes falls short of what I would expect from Rixos. "Excellent stay, good stay and location, thank you."

"Voyage de 4 nuits dans cet hotel bien localisé. Une grande chambre fonctionnelle, agréable et un accès Wi-Fi tres bon. Le PdJ est copieux, et varié et est assuré pas le chef de salle Sandar qui ferra tout pour vous satisfaire (5*). Vous pouvez aussi prendre votre dîner sur place et Mintu, le maitre d hotel, vous conseillera parfaitement (5*)."

Took us 35 min to check in.and we had to show payment slips and hotels own confirmation email. This hotel have absolutely no idea how to run a hotel or door understand hospitality. Ac broken in upper level. They didn't even try to fix it. Terrible stay. Took 80 dirham per night for tourist visa when it should be 10 dirhams per night."

"Good"

"The pool was ok but there’s no shower near by the pool to take a shower to avoid dirtying the inside villa. There was a heavy water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom which was a nightmare and it happened very early morning and the water was everywhere in the bedrooms"

"It's so relaxing. Amenities are amazing. The animals are cute and fun."

"We have stayed in this hotel several times the last couple of years. This experience had highs and lows, I think there must be a new administration as several things have changed for bad since our last visit. The situations we had to deal were: 1.- My wife booked a Thai massage, but the hotel...
