"Incredible services and people. I enjoyed quite a lot coming back after a stressful work day. The only reason I may not give 5 stars, is because my floor room, the wood part, had some splinter and I did injure my foot (nothing terrible but a bit uncomfortable) Besides that, everything else was 10/10."

"Not happy with the location. Didn't feel safe walking around. Mold in room so I was moved to different room that was a bit better. Mold still visible. Gym equipment not well maintained. Enjoyed the pool. Restaurant was ok. Staff gave me wrong address to the beach and I ended up being dropped off with Grab and wondered around lost. I wouldn't stay there again."

Can not understand how people can rate this 4-5.... for 5 bucks more I get a homestay in perfect conditions. Be advised - don't stay in this tomb!"

"The hotel is quite old and rundown. The room is small, a bit smelly and not so clean. Location is good for shopping."

"I checked in and out probably 15 minutes after that. The room was dirty, the bathroom was awful. I booked for 4 days but i did not stay any nights. Be careful when you book this facility because the review and photos provides, somewhat kind of misleading. "

"Clean hotel but poorly maintained for western standards. The breakfast was disappointing for Indonesian standards. I was a nice hotel at some point in history."
