"The room was clean, with modern/quirky tech features. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, providing a place to store our luggage after the check out time. The hotel is in a good location for the Redjet passenger ferry and the high street with bars and restaurants. It is also located a few mins walk from the taxi rank and bus stop that has connections to Newport."

"Great service at check in, asked if late check out was possible & instantly offered complimentary 1pm check out time which was perfect for us. We were also advised that the hotel was full (it was NYE) so breakfast would be busy the next morning, we were advised we could take breakfast up to our room to eat which was a brilliant idea as there was no where to sit when we came down but happily took our food to our room & made the most of our late check out time.
