"Absolutely gorgeous location! Beach feels almost private with great waves for surfing and boarding. House is great for big groups, staff is very supportive and responds quickly to all needs! Estuary is short walk and boat rides to Tamarindo are super easy! Living space is open air so it is warm but the bedrooms stay very cool and comfortable! Pool is awesome and grounds are well kept. Highly recommend this house!"

"This is our second visit for our group of 5 couples!! We were totally thrilled once again! The property is in the BEST location! The beach is to die for! The beds are super comfy, and we love the outdoor living!! I will say that the local restaurants have doubled in price since our last visit in 2022....and chatting with others at the airport who visited different areas...this seems to be the general consensus in Costa Rica . Not a deal breaker, but would perhaps consider cooking at the property...

"Very nice property well distributed and a few minutes walk from Playa Grande – an amazing nice beach although with no trees and therefore no shade. Therefore the pool which gives option with shade and sun has been appreciated relaxing from the beach. Most beautiful sunset at the beach. "We visited with a group of friends in April for my husband’s surprise 40th birthday and we had an absolutely amazing time. The house: The house is newly constructed so everything is clean and modern. The kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough of everything you needed to cook and feed a crowd. "Total dump, had live spiders, spider webs, cob webs, flying bugs, dirty, dead bugs and lizards every where, even a few bugs crawling on the beds as we tried to sleep.
