It features a king bed, a sofa bed, Smart TV and one full bathroom, plus a private balcony with partial sea views and two chairs for relaxed moments outside. Beach essentials such as beach towels, a beach bag and a cooler are included for your stay. Upgraded beach essentials like beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also available.

It is a highly walkable area with a laid-back residential feel and convenient access to Coco Beach, Playa 72 and daily essentials. It is also a great area for morning walks, jogging and easy beach access.
