Clean and well secured establishment. We really enjoyed our time at this property and would stay again. Check in was moved off site and would have appreciated a heads up on this as we were completely lost when we arrived. Thankfully other guests directed us where to go.

This was a perfect place to stay. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The complex was so pretty and peaceful. We loved the pool; access to The Gym was easy; and the location overall was convenient. We would stay again in a heartbeat. (Also, the housekeeping staff were kind and helpful)

Beautiful Condo

The condo and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Very clean and secure. There is a gate and security so only guest can enter. The lower pools were not functioning but we still used the upper pool. We could only imagine how lovely the property would be with the waterfalls. It was a wonderful stay and we could escape the craziness of 5th avenue once we entered the condo. We will definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful condo! We were 4 women celebrating a 40th birthday. The apartment was clean, cool, had great water pressure, and very comfortable beds. Very close to the downtown touristy area and the water, but also an easy walk to the quieter parts of town. The ocean was not swimmable due to the sargasso, but the pool was nice. The pool was the same temperature as the hot tub (very very warm) but I'm not sure if it was heated or if the sun just got it that toasty. Still, a lush and beautiful property and we would stay again! The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great spot close but Quiet

We enjoyed The large front windows and sliding glass doors. We also noted that they provided Blackout shades in the bedroom that was nice.We like that had a little table and chairs outside and also had a selection of books to read. We did like the fact that it was a secure facility with a little garden, a guard at the front lockable gate front. All the people who work at the front office, very attentive, and easy to work with.Things We think could be improved. There needs to be a little nightstand next to the two beds in the second bedroom. The beach is really nothing but sandbags no sand. ( nothing that can be done about it but you should know that’s how it is)The concierge desk at the other condos that they use has very poor customer service .We had to stand the whole time as no chairs were available.

Beautiful Oasis in Downtown Playa Del Carmen

Nice convenient condo

Wonderful Stay!

Our family of four visited during Spring Break and had a wonderful time at the condo. The location was very convenient because it was walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Our two teenagers loved the pool, the workout facility, and the local bakery next door. Every morning they worked out and went to the bakery for some of the best food we had during our stay. Our condo was also clean, and the amenities were top notch. We hope to back again someday.

Great place to relax; right in central Playa

This was our first time to this area of Mexico and Playa del Carmen. This condo was a great location to explore the city and area, but still have a quieter oasis to return to each night. Pros: location on a quiet corner, one block away from Quinta Avenida(busy tourist area), LOTS of food choices nearby and walkable. Unit has comfortable beds, wonderful showers!!-water pressure superb! Views from living area out patio is of tops of palm trees so you feel very private and it’s restful. The pool/waterfall provides a background sound of water that covers traffic noise and adds to the resort feeling of the property. The front desk people and security guard at front gate were all friendly and helpful. Unit was clean and housekeeping did a wonderful job. We didn’t have time to use The Gym(complimentary and next door) but would be excellent if you wanted to keep your daily workout. They had lots of classes too-and it looked very modern and clean from the outside. The Condo’s pools and spas were clean and refreshing. Communication with Laura was quick/helpful! Cons: these are things that are not necessarily negatives, but may be helpful to know. The property has an open courtyard with an underground area that The Gym uses for classes. They have classes at 8 am and have evening classes at 8 pm. We closed our doors 😉. . Also, It is handwashing dishes in kitchen, not a dishwasher. We never did find English language TV channels, but that’s not what we were there for😊!

Loved Porto Playa

Beautiful place, nicely furnished with comfy beds. This condo complex os great for young people. The unit was modern and in excellent condition. The salt water pool is the best I've ever been in! The music from the restaurant across the street is upbeat, but constant. I especially loved it when they had live entertainment on the weekends. Inside the unit it was pretty quiet though. The gym is in the level below, and is convenient if you're wanting to stay in shape, but the loud instructor's mics coming up from the aerobics classes are annoying in the evening. Mm Another thing to consider is the number of steps to climb.c No elevator! I do not recommend staying here if you have mobility issues.

Great Place to Stay

This property is awesome! The location is close to restaurants, shops and walk to 5th Ave. Its is beautiful and very clean. The pools were nice. Even though it was close to town Its was quiet at night. Great place to stay.

Easy, breezy wonderful stay

Our stay at Porto Playa and Laura’s spot was exactly as pictured. Easy to check in, great communication with our hosts, the concierge service was wonderful for scheduling our Covid test prior to departure. The whole process was so smooth and made our vacation relaxing and pleasant. The spot was perfect and great location, close to everything but just far enough away from the noisy bars. Will absolutely rebook this spot for future trips!
