The Space:
Welcome to your home in Playa del Carmen: spacious, modern, and designed for comfort. This bright and airy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment boasts a relaxing layout, perfect for couples, friends, or families.
You'll sleep soundly in comfortable beds (one king and two twins) and enjoy two luxurious bathrooms. Start your mornings on the private balcony, furnished with premium outdoor furniture—ideal for sipping coffee, reading, or relaxing after a day at the beach.
Inside, you'll find everything you need for a worry-free stay:
- A fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, and dishes
- High-speed fiber optic internet for working or streaming content

Upon arrival, you'll receive a complimentary welcome kit (toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar/sweetener, and bottled water). This is a one-time welcome supply and will not be replenished.
Guest Access:
Access is smooth and key-free. You’ll enter the building and apartment using an electronic lock—no keys to carry around. The building has reception and 24/7 security.
Parking: One parking spot is included free of charge, a rare perk in this central location. Availability is subject to space on arrival. If you need parking, let us know in advance. We’ll provide a garage RF access card with a refundable deposit, returned at checkout once the card is handed back.

Getting Around:
You won’t need a car, but you have options if you want one. The area is super walkable and well connected:
- Taxis are easy to find on nearby main streets
- Local buses and colectivos run close to the building
- Everything downtown is reachable on foot
- If you drive, parking on site may be available (see notes above)
Nearby favorites for eating out include Salento, Ojo de Agua, La Cueva del Chango, Pizza Piola, and La Vagabunda. There’s also a 7-Eleven about 50 meters away.
Other Things to Note:
Travel crib available: $15 USD per stay (includes mattress, sheets, blanket). Limited availability—request in advance and wait for confirmation.
Starter kit: Provided once upon arrival (toilet paper, trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar/sweetener, bottled water). Not restocked.
Salt/oil/pepper: Available upon request—please ask before 5:00 PM.
Extra linens/cleaning: Linen/towel changes and full cleaning are available for an additional fee. Daily cleaning is not included. Request at least 24 hours in advance.
Sofa bed linens: If you plan to use the sofa bed, tell us before 4:00 PM on check-in day so we can deliver linens. After that time, same-day delivery isn’t guaranteed.
Electricity policy:
- For short stays, 15 kWh per night are included. Extra usage is charged at 3 MXN per kWh.
- For stays of 28+ days, electricity is billed separately.
- For bookings of 7+ days, a weekly linen/towel change is mandatory and charged separately.
Balcony noise note: The supermarket next door has cooling units near the balcony that create a steady background sound if doors are open. We’ve measured it and it does not exceed 48–50 dB. Many guests describe it as “grey noise,” similar to white noise, and find it neutral or even helpful for sleep.
We would like to inform you that there is currently construction work taking place in the adjacent building, so you may hear typical construction noises during the day.
Linens care: Please don’t use towels to remove makeup or clean floors to avoid extra charges—help us keep everything fresh for every guest.
Mandatory use of wristbands for guests
During the 2026 World Cup, the condominium will broadcast some matches in designated common areas, subject to availability and compatibility between the broadcast times of each match and the operating hours of each space. This broadcast is a complimentary extra and is not an essential part of the reservation. If, due to circumstances beyond our control—such as power outages, internet failures, signal interruptions, transmission disruptions, maintenance issues, or condominium restrictions—it is not possible to broadcast a match or the broadcast is interrupted, no refunds, compensation, or penalty-free cancellations will be offered.
Building A features a complimentary coworking space for our guests, ideal for working comfortably during your stay. It includes high-speed internet and access to fully equipped meeting rooms, subject to availability.
