Located in the greenest part of the Ejido Sur, you will live between trees and small buildings, yet close to the Centro Maya shopping center that has shops, restaurants, supermarket and cinema. Also, in a short walk you can reach downtown, the 5th avenue, the ferry dock and the beach. Don’t miss a visit to Ceiba`s park, it’s a local’s gem filled with activities and natural life, especially on Saturdays.
Playa del Carmen is the heart of riviera Maya, you will easily reach the main cenotes, and the attractions in the area: the Mayan ruins, the nicest beaches, Cozumel Island, theme parks such as Xcaret, hidden Mayan villages…

PARKING:
Metered parking spaces on the street.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Playa del Carmen to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this villa has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
Electricity is not included in stays over 20 nights. This fee will be charged every month or a day before check-out in stays shorter than a month. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature maximum at 23°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
