Host Delia ? was awesome. any issue we had was quickly taken care of ! Food was great ! Eggs, fresh corn tortillas , Potatoes , fajitas and ceviche, and the Guac was out of this world!highly recommend .

Absolutely amazing spot for 17 adults. Food and service was the best part. Easy to get to the beach, less than 2 minute walk. Everyone was very accommodating for our intimate wedding service. The grounds and pool are beautiful and there's so much room between the 2 houses for everyone.

Our week at Martin’s place was wonderful! The house and property were beautiful and large enough for our whole family of 20 people to have plenty of space. And Martin even provided a crib and high chair for our youngest granddaughter. The pool was amazing — warm and had plenty of pool toys for all our grandkids. We had a chef for a few meals and that was wonderful too. They accommodated our food needs and worked very hard to please us in every way and then cleaned up all the dishes afterwards. The quick walk to a beautiful beach was wonderful! It really is a gorgeous beach! The kids also loved seeing the coatis that lived in the jungle behind the house. Martin lives on the property, so he was right there if we needed anything. Stay at this place! You won’t be disappointed!

We hosted our family reunion of 20 people at this beautiful Mexican property and had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean.The highlights: the pool and beach access were incredible - our grandkids spent hours in the pool and at the beach, and the beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away. The chef service was outstanding - the ladies who cooked our lunch and dinner daily were talented and sweet, and the food was truly exceptional. .One important note: the homeowner, Martin, lives on-site in a separate section. While he’s helpful and informative, he does come and go through the property frequently. Some family members found this intrusive when looking for complete privacy. If you prefer a fully private rental experience, this is something to consider.Overall, a fantastic property with wonderful amenities - just be aware it comes with an on-site owner.

It was a surprise to learn that our group was staying in 2 different buildings. You should make sure the description of the property corresponds with the internet. I had a room above the kitchen and the cook and helpers were very loud early in the morning usually 6AM! The food was good, but I had enough tortillas to last me a while. Loved the big palms and the nice weather!

Our stay was incredible! The house was perfect for our group of 16. There are plenty of places to hang out as a big group and space to go off on your own and have some alone time. The beach was a little hard to access, so we ended up spending more time at the house which was fine since it's very beautiful and private. The food was amazing and overall we're so happy with our experience!

Great stay for 18 of us

We had a family reunion and really enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent and so convenient. The fridge was stocked with water, sodas, beer. Margaritas were provided. Our family had people from 8 to 80 and accommodated us well. The pool was warm, almost hot. Martin was extremely responsive. Something to know about the villa is Martin lives on site so he was around which was ok by us. Also the beach is close, 5 minutes walk however was somewhat small. It is an easy location to get to Playa del Carmen. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great location with wonderful property owners.

Our group of 13 adults stayed for five days and four nights. The property was nicely taken care of and very comfortable for our group. The property owner, Martin, was very quick to answer any questions we had and helpful in answering our questions about the area. The dinner we had prepared by the chef was amazing and one of the best meals of our entire trip. Everyone from our group highly recommends this property and the property owners.

Family Vacation

Our Family from various parts in the US arrived and had a wonderful time. The facilities were wonderful, the place well maintained. The food exceptional! There was no need to go out and eat. Various side tours were organized by ourselves and all in all, everything was great. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to rect and relax.

Lovely Villas close to the beach

The villas were perfect. Two huge kitchens that were very well equipped. The location was so great. Just a minute walk from the beach. The access to the beach was a little precarious, I just wish I knew that to prepare the group that I was with. I am a yoga instructor who is hired to bring groups on fitness vacation. This group had a lot of requests and Martin was very quick to respond each time they needed something. Martin was helpful through out the whole process leading up to the trip as well and provided a lot of information and fast replies to questions.

Great place great food great staff and great times!

We were a large family group consisting of grandparents, their children and grandchildren (17 people ranging in age from 10 to 72) The property was very clean, the pool was warm and beautiful, and the villas were perfect. The women who provided the dinners for us were friendly and cooked delicious meals. The beach to the left of the villa was not crowded and good swimming but a little challenging to access. The beach directly to the right was quite crowded. Kitchen was well appointed and there were many options and nooks for visiting. Martin, the host, was very helpful and friendly. The only item to improve our stay would be better access to hot water for showers. A note to other renters to ask for boogie boards and extra toys if they are not left out for you to access.

Great place for a family vacation!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It is exactly as described, so no surprises upon arrival. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of space for group gatherings, and enough bedrooms/ bathrooms for everyone’s privacy. The kitchens were spacious and well equipped for meal preparation, with 4 refrigerators. We used the chef services for dinners, and the food was exceptional. The staff could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. The house was immaculate upon arrival, and cleaned thoroughly and frequently throughout our stay. The pool was perfect for our group which included kids from 3-14 . The entire pool was heated, so swimming at any time of day was comfortable. The shallow pool was perfect for the little ones, and had seats to allow the adults to congregate as well. We could all fit in the pool without crowding. There were 2 beaches with walking distance. The closer beach was a 2 minute walk, but required navigation over some stones to access. There were high winds during our stay, which made it a little tricky but doable. The other beach was a 10 minute walk, and was much less crowded, and calmer. Both beaches were clean, and offered snorkeling opportunities. Our host Martin was very helpful, and offered lots of information on sightseeing and local customs. He was available at any time, and made us feel very welcome!

It was a great house/houses. Plenty of gathering spots both inside and outside. A quick walk to the beach. The chef, Mercedes, made all our dinners and it was more than worth it. Cirque de Soleil is almost withing walking distance. We went there on Thanksgiving evening and it was wonderful, as usual. I would definitely recommend this villa/villas.

Martin’s villa is absolutely gorgeous - well-landscaped, incredible pool, and just a short walk to the beach. He made planning extremely straightforward and accommodated all needs (and changes) for the trip well in advance and during. Would highly recommend for a group of families or friends.

Stress free week in paradise

Our family of 18 stayed at Martin’s place for a week the end of July. We can’t say enough good things about how wonderful everything was. We paid for the all inclusive plan and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Mercedes and her crew made the most amazing food for us all week. She was so accommodating with special requests for the kids in our group and any additional requests we had. Martin was very helpful with getting us anything we needed like taxis in to town, beverages that we wanted and medication that we needed for one of the kids. The villa was spacious and had plenty of room for our whole group. The pool was wonderful and the property is absolutely beautiful! This was a perfect vacation for our big family! We would highly recommend choosing Martin’s place!

Wonderful Villa for a Large Group!

We were in town for my wedding and wanted to have an option for a place to stay where our family members who are local to Mexico could come visit and we could more easily access different areas. This was the perfect place! Based on the other reviews, we went with the chef services and this was the best decision for this trip! Every single meal was perfect! We had 22 guests and this villa fit everyone comfortably. We all felt very safe and spent tons of time by the pool and the beach. Definitely recommend this for a group vacation!
