We had such a wonderful time! The house was spacious, with plenty of rooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 10 adults and two children. It was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed.The location was perfect — just a short walk to Quinta Avenida, where you’ll find vendors, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and, of course, the beach.While some areas of Playa had better beach conditions, unfortunately, the beach near the house was covered in sargassum, and with the heat, it didn’t smell very pleasant. That was the only downside.Thankfully, the house had a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean, which we enjoyed so much.The chefs, Mafer and Marisol, were amazing — the food was absolutely excellent! We truly made forever friends on this trip. It was a beautiful and memorable experience overall! We had such a wonderful time.

Two families- 9 people

Playacar is super safe, gated with guards. 15 min walk to hundreds of restaurants, shops, beach clubs and bars. 9 person van 250 pesos (13 US to the far side). Easy app and got a couple of the van’s direct numbers. 4 person only 150 pesos.5 bedrooms all with own full bathroom.Lower is natural light, slight hill with 2 bedroom/2 bath. 2 masters additional bedroom on main floor with full balcony on the two masters. Upper floor is huge open space of kitchen/ dinning and 3 large, very comfortable couches with huge TV. Additional tv sitting area on the lower level with ping pong. The roof top pool is large and awesome. We frequently had all 9 of us in there and was not crowded. Beach chairs, coolers in garage were great for the beach. Beach is 2 houses away. We could hear the waves all night with windows closed. 30 min to marina/boat day. 15 min cab to centers. Great dining in Playacar.Cleaners were every other day and were great. House attendant was very responsive.Great neighborhood, great city, great rental. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic stay with friends and family!

Villa Izcalli was a great house for our group - we were two couples with 5 college kids on spring break. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious enough to spread out. The rooftop pool was gorgeous, the kitchen well stocked, and the walk to the beach took about 2 minutes. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas - both were plentiful and made our beach time so easy. The location is quiet and safe. The walk to restaurants and shops is at least 15-20 minutes but can be longer depending on where you are headed. Taxis are available right outside the security gates. We rented bikes for everyone for the week and stored them in the garage. We highly recommend this gorgeous house!

Great stay!

Property was exactly as listed. We had plenty of room, it was clean, the cleaning ladies were wonderful!!! The beach just steps away. The pool well-kept and clean. Beach towels, chairs, etc all ready to go. We felt safe! Convenient location. Information easy to find. We had a fantastic stay, and we would come back!!!

Relaxing holiday

Wonderful, relaxing stay! Manager was very responsive and accommodating for the few questions/requests we had. The house was very comfortable and clean. We highly recommend Villa Izcalli!

Beyond beautiful

Our group consisted of 7 adults ranging in age from 34-61. Parents traveling with adult kids. Susan and Angela went above and beyond to assist us with chef, driver for the day and airport transportation. The home was beautiful! A lot of space in the home and 5 bedrooms with bathrooms was over the top appreciated by all. We hope to make this place an annual vacation.

Lovely home, excellent location

I have traveled to Playa with a friend group for several years in February and we all agree this house is the best we’ve ever stayed in. It was big enough for our group. The bedrooms are large. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved having a table that fit all of us when we cooked dinner instead of going out. And the rooftop pool was amazing. The communication prior to our trip also was great (thanks, Erin!). This is a wonderful, clean house. Highly recommend!

GREAT PLACE.

We had 8 adults in our group ages ranging from 52 yrs old to 90 years old. There was space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary equipment. We were close to shopping and dining. We were more than happy with house cleaning 3 times during our week.

Clean, safe and beautiful Villa

The villa itself was gorgeous, super spacious and the rooftop pool was stunning! The neighborhood the house is in is very safe. There are guards at the gate and attendants that ride around on scooters making sure that you are ok at all times. The host was also very communicative and responded quickly to all questions we had. We will definitely be coming back!

Ultra Spacious

We had an amazing stay here. The pictures are great however the space and square footage is way bigger in person than the photos. The amount of room to move around and have your own space from friends or family is unreal. The pool on the roof was so nice and to have a view of the ocean is just as the pictures show. The fridge is huge and we made our meals pretty close to like home. A short walk to 5th Ave was way closer than I expected and so was the beach. I could go on for a while but long story short its awesome.

Overall nice

The place is very spacious. There are some things that could use some updating and didn't realize we couldn't put toilet paper in toilets. Getting to the pool is difficult going up winding stairs. The chairs by pool are nice but there isn't much covered area for really sunny days and pool was too cold for us to be in most days after the rain we had on day of arrival. Property manager was very responsive. We arranged to have groceries delivered prior to arrival which we would highly recommend. It is a good half mile walk into town.

Excellent House, Great Hosts

My family and I (there were 9 of us) stayed here for a week. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The host and local contact were very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the in house chef. It was a bit of a walk into town but we really enjoyed the neighborhood and felt very safe.

great location

house is very spacious and well worth the cost. located in a safe area, close to touristy area. unfortunately the beaches were filled with seaweed but not their fault. we got to enjoy the pool though. house is great for 5 couples, and plenty of space to hang out

Property manager Angela was very friendly and helpful. She took care of every request in a timely manner. Property is a safe area with plenty security staff. They were also very friendly and helpful! Villa Izcalli was clean and at convenient location. Overall excellent service!

Fabulous Couples Getaway

Five couples for a week, the house was nice and spacious with beautiful peek-a-boo views from house and gorgeous views from rooftop pool area. Very walkable and safe area. We use both the chef service and had massages at the house and it was all absolutely five star service. The entire Latin Latitudes staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Thanks to all!

We had the most amazing time at Villa Izcalli

The house was absolutely amazing 5 huge bedrooms with large bathrooms, amazing rooftop pool and 1 block to the beach. The views were amazing and the house was fully stocked with everything you could ask for. Angela was available for any and all questions. She was wonderful. Beach chairs and umbrellas and a nice easy walk I to playa del carmen. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for 3 of our birthdays. There we 10 of us and it was a trip of a lifetime We highly recommend renting this beautiful villa We will be coming back to make more memories

It’s a beautiful house

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and it was a Beautiful full place to stay. We feel like we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the amazing pool. There’s a great amount of bedrooms in the property with ample space to move around and enjoy it.

Great place

This house was ideal for our group. We had a group of 7 adults staying to celebrate my 40th birthday. We were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We were walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, felt safe, and loved the rooftop pool. The house is exactly how the pictures portray it. The only thing I wish I knew beforehand was the seaweed issue because it limited our beach time other than that we had a great experience. Erin was a very gracious host that communicated promptly; we will definitely book again when we come to Playa Del Carmen!

Gorgeous Home in Mexico

perfect for a family trip. we had 6 kids and 4 adults and there was more than enough room. the beach is a short walk and we walked to town everyday. it would be a great house for a couples trip as each room had its own bathroom. we will absolutely book this again
