There was a big miscommunication with how to gain entry into the condo. It was almost an hour before I gained access. I would look into getting a new shower head and have someone check behind the cleaners. I was washing my dishes and noticed the counter had not been cleaned from when someone spilled coffee so I cleaned that up my self. Everything was ok once I got a direct number to host.

I stayed for 2 months. The host was responsive from before check in, during check in, and the few times I needed to reach out during my stay. Perfectly located just 2 blocks from Quinta Avenida, and a block away from a large grocery store, and a short walk to the beach. Other reviews mention they wished the pool was heated, which would have been nice, but it was refreshing to hop in after a hot day.

Great Location

The condo was just off of 5th avenue and close to many amenities. Bars, restaurants, shopping with a grocery store 5 minutes away. We walked basically everywhere. The host was easy to contact and communicate when we had an issue. She would respond in minutes. There were weekly cleaners who did a great job. Our first time in Playa del Carmen and we hope to return next year.

Wonderful location

The condo is well located. 5 min walk from beach and restaurants. They where really fast when support needed. Condo has a king bed. I would recommend!

Perfect place and location in Playa

We loved the pools on the property. The roof top was peaceful and the private plunge pool was amazing for relaxing mornings or late afternoon dips. The property staff are very friendly. The location is very safe and perfect for shopping, dining and a short walk to beach 72 which is amazing. Don’t overlook the small taco stand on calle 38 the food was the best we had in the area and super reasonable.we will be back 100 percent if there is vacancy!

We like the locatrion and our first impression was good, unfortunatlly we found some problems with the cleaness, insects (cucaraches) I drinking watter supply. If this little things get better this would be a place to stay and comeback manytimes.

Heart of Playa

The apartment was clean spacious enough for 2 with updated appliances and AC in each room living room and bedroom. It advertised as 2 bathrooms but only one. The location was great just across the street from 7/11 around the corner from grocery store and 4 blocks from the beach however no beach chairs or anything was provided and only one beach towel. We had to purchase paper towels and cleaning sponge for kitchen. It could have used some oven mittens and the place mats need some cleaning but overall a very good place. Very walkable area Host was attentive when I needed anything. Front desk spoke very little English but communication was good with google translate so they were kind and patient friendly and polite Would rate the place 4 1/2 stars out of 5.

Wonderful place

We really enjoyed the condo. The location was great. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do but far enough away to not have noise and traffic. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Comfortable and Conveniently located Condo

Vrbo ad missing street address but obtained from manager through Vrbo assistance. Excellent location within easy walking distance of grocery shopping and restaurants as well as the beach but be aware of the traffic noise as it is on a major road on the ground floor. Very comfortable king sized bed with bedding changed weekly, great air-conditioning and good fans, fabulous large fridge/freezer, useful high-end small appliances, small well-maintained pool unheated but refreshing, weekly housekeeping, and excellent staff response to questions. Unfortunately they could not solve the problem of the patio doors that wouldn't shut properly while we were there, but it wasn't an issue for us in the end. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely spot!

The condo was clean and well situated. On the ground floor for ease of access, yet safe! The bed was very comfortable. There was light shining in the bedroom and the main area at night. Window coverings would be very helpful. The kitchen was great. Pli ge popl and terace area were wonderful. We would like to stay here again.

Very nice condo in walking distance to beach, 5th Ave, stores etc. Host is very responsive and helpful. Great new grocery store around the corner. Building has private security and the guards are very helpful and nice. Nice pool that was refreshing even though it was 95 degrees outside for several days - somehow the little pool stays cool which is awesome.

Great host despite minor water leak.

We didn’t have water for almost 2 days due to a leak upstairs. Which meant no shower or bathroom breaks. They finally got it fixed but then no hot water. By day 4 the water was up and running hot. Cynthia was very helpful and on top of everything throughout the entire situation. Aside from the leak issues, the property was beautiful. We loved the private pool and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

This property was so perfect for me and my boyfriend. right next to an oxxo and a 7/11, the private pool was to die for and was cleaned every other day! loved the front door staff they were all very nice. also the two smart TV’s were just the cherry on top. only thing i could say was there was only one roll of toilet paper but no worries we left a few rolls :) thank you so much!!
