Loved the location, very entertaining. Close to beach, 5th Avenue and grocery shopping. Very well equipped kitchen. Spent a lot of evenings bbq’ing and eating on the spacious balcony. Thank you Ross & Lori.

Very nice apartment in a good area. Close to the beach and to grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities.Communication was good with the host, Ross. Very friendly & welcoming. No negatives that I can think of.

Beautiful space Great for me and my kids! Literally steps away from the beach! A lovely hammock to relax in after a long day at Mamitas. A lot of construction work happening as PDC keeps growing. But it didn’t bother us. The Reef 28 is literally across the street, rooftop access to the pool and bar (for a small access fee) but worth it.

Great Place

This is a great listing. Clean. Great location. It made the visit very easy. Refrigerator gets too cold. Also, there isn't a pool or gym onsight. However, you can purchase a day pass at the beach club at a very affordable rate. And there is a free outdoor gym less than a 5 minute walk away.

We had a great time in the property and we appreciated the beach toys/ chairs, etcI would suggest some beach towels and more wash clothes. ( there was only one in our bathroom)Overall we liked the downtown area, felt safe. The beach was very close!

Amazing location with all you need provided

My wife, adult daughter, and I stayed in this clean, bright two bedroom apartment for 17 days and had a wonderful, no-complaint vacation. The apartment is clean and stocked with several items that make your stay comfortable and worry free. They have beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and a beach trolly to carry everything to the beach. The place has three air conditioner units that work well and a nice outside deck that lets you enjoy watching everyone on their way to or from the beach. It is south and west facing so you get lots of light all day long. My wife worked part of the time and the WiFi worked flawlessly and there were no issues on that end. I loved the fact that there is a door code and no need for a key…one less thing to worry about when leaving for the day.The kitchen has everything that we needed form coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave and all the pots, pans and dishes that you would need. I did not have to buy anything extra to make my stay better.Ross and Lori provide a great book telling you about everything in and out of the apartment. The book share several places that they recommend that are close and even some great locations outside of PDC if you want to get out for a bit. You are within walking distance to hundreds of bars and restaurants and a nice grocery store.We were able to check in a bit earlier than the check in time and were allowed to stay a bit after our check out time. Ross and Lori are very easy to contact. Enjoy this paradise.

Nice condo with great location between 5th and the beach

Communication with the owners was easy and they quickly responded. Locating and getting into the unit was easy, and as described. The unit was immaculately clean, which was greatly appreciated. My friend and I liked the location, but the music from the two nightclubs just a few steps from the building was over the top loud, one night until 3 a.m, on other nights they quit about 1:00. Double ear pugs worked fairly well for a good nights sleep. The first bedroom was very lit up by a streetlight, so bring an eye mask, too. The unit’s kitchen had everything needed to cook meals except some oil/spray. I was never able to locate the hair dryer which was listed as present, but no big deal. I used the washer/dryer, and they worked well; I met my husband later for another week, so having the W/D was a nice amenity. The balcony was fun for people watching and enjoying the cool mornings. There are a couple pharmacies and a 7/11 just steps from the building, and they carry all the things you might need or forgot.

Fantastic vacation spot

Everything was wonderful during our two week stay at Las Olas! Ir is very close to two bars with loud music, but the bedrooms were reasonably quiet for sleep. We love to "people watch", so the balcony views entertained us.. whenever we felt like a diversion from the TV, etc. Close to the beach and about two blocks from Chedraui Super store! Thank you so much for an incredible stay! ..we hated to leave..

Fantastic Condo and location

The condo, I highly recommend not only was the condo perfect and clean with a great location and distance from the beach, but the owners are really great, communicative offered lots of info about the area, with recommendations for food and things to do. I will absolutely stay with them again.

We had a wonderful time! The location is great! The well-equipped condo is minutes from a beautiful beach and 5th Avenue. There is an excellent grocery store nearby, as well as many restaurants and live entertainment options. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony and having access to beach chairs and an umbrella. There was good communication with the host and the property manager. The area around the condo felt very safe. It was an easy walk to the ADO bus terminal that has a direct bus to the airport (for 250 pesos). A great experience overall!

Great location....short walk to the beach and 1 block from 5th Ave. Very clean and roomy. Mary was an amazing housekeeper! Trevor was very prompt with contacting us back with answer about any concerns. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Playa Location.

This was an excellent condo! Could not have been more centrally located, beautifully appointed and comfortable. Owners were very communicative, the property manager was readily available, and we had a beautiful and relaxing week. Will definitely return.

Great location and property

If you are looking for a rental for 2 couples or a family, this is a perfect property. Pros: close proximity to beach Very close to 5th Avenue restaurants and stores Nicely decorated Washer/dryer Beach chairs and umbrellas!!! Good WiFi 2 en suite bathrooms Next to taxi stand if you need a ride Cons: Loud music due to proximity of 5th Ave if you are a light sleeper, or pack ear plugs. No toiletries so pack accordingly (there is a large market a few blocks down on 34th & 10thAve that has anything you would need) No elevator to second floor so be aware if you have issues with steps No pool or sun deck -You will need to pay to use other pool areas close by Low water pressure in one bathroom shower (the other shower was fine) Overall I would rent here again if staying in Playa Del Carmen. Ross let us arrive at condo early since no one was staying prior to our arrival. He immediately communicated with us and everything was extremely easy. Trevor stopped by and checked in as well.

Great condo with awesome location in Playa

The condo was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 older kids for 4 nights. It's nicely situated just minutes from the beach and right next to the main walking street. We visited a number of good restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. The area is vibrant and at times the different music from the street can be loud, but we closed windows/doors and ran AC at night and were able to sleep without problems. The condo has a nice balcony. The property manager was very responsive and helpful too.

Everything about this place was awesome. Location? Awesome - 1 block from 5th ave shops & restaurants Condo? Awesome - only 2 of us stayed but easily could have accommodated 4. Terrace that was perfect for people watching. Furnishings were super comfortable Check-in process? Awesome - door code worked without issue. Property manager called on the second day to make sure we settled in ok. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this rental for anyone traveling to Playa del Carmen!

Central to everything

A great condo in the middle of everything. Very easy access to Mamitas and Kool Beach clubs. 5th Avenue is your playground. I recommend booking tours through the little booth next to La Bodeguita del Medio. Great people and great value.

Just what we needed!

This property was exactly as presented. Location was in the middle of all our favorite places in Playa. The pace in the condo allowed for us to enjoy time in the living room chatting and watching movies and also had lots of space for privacy. I loved sitting on the balcony and eating while people watching. There was some noise in the evening which could be a problem for getting kids too sleep but was not a real problem for us. I will keep this condo in my favorites for future rental. Thanks for sharing your home with us it was just what we needed!

Good place, good location. Steps away from the beach and 5th street. Only a couple of issues we had with the property. Water pressure/ flow in the master bedroom shower was very disappointing. It was hard to take showers. The lights in the balcony didn't work. Never met the property manager. We had a great time in playa del carmen though
