Buena ubicación y cómodo
Muy buena la ubicación, muy central, pero no se siente ruido de las discotecas (está a casi 2 cuadras de Coco Bongo) y descansas bien. Zona tranquila, con todo lo necesario, detalles como provisión de agua, cama cómoda, toallas suaves, amables y muy atentos a los requerimientos, a 2 cuadras de un Walmart, piscina muy buena, instalaciones agradables. El punto negativo: hacen limpieza cada 2 dias. Estuve 4 dias, solo tuvimos limpieza 1 dia. Por lo demás muy recomendable

El lugar desde afuera de ve lindo sin embargo la habitación que me tocó tenía la la bañera dentro de ella habitación y está tenia 2 fugas de agua, por lo cual hacía que se encharca gran parte de la habitación, no había ventana ó balcón por lo cual no se ventila la habitación y no hay forma de secar la ropa mojada, esto hace que huela a humedad todo el tiempo. La limpieza la hacen cada 2 días. Puntos buenos: La cama es comoda y cuenta con refri y cocineta

Me tocó un cuarto muy ruidoso con una regadera extraña, colocada en una esquina del cuarto, y cuando me bañaba el piso de la recámara se mojaba y tenía que secarlo con las toallas. Muy incómodo e irritante.

Sin duda regresaremos a Condo Hotel Fabiola
Nuestra estancia en condo hotel Fabiola fue genial, muy cómoda, el servicio muy bueno de Belen en la recepción, el del vigilante y del personal de limpieza. Las instalaciones muy limpias y adecuadas. Internet eficiente. La cocina equipada a nivel muy básico pero para poder cocinar lo indispensable. Dormimos muy bien, colchón cómodo, sábanas limpias y toallas limpias todos los días, los aires acondicionados en perfectas condiciones. Sin duda regresaremos en nuestra próxima estancia en Playa del Carmen.

Me parece un sitio muy adecuado, céntrico con todos los beneficios de un departamento amueblado en Playa del Carmen. Su decoración es magnífica. La única limitantes para una estancia larga, que nos agradaría, es que sus utensilios de cocina son muy limitados.

Me gusta pero no me mata. Por el servicio.
Estoy preocupada por la situación de este hotel. Noto al personal cansado y en un estado mental raro de burla y falta de inteligencia conmigo. A pesar que la casa está hermosísima opino que pueden mejorar. Se me perdió hoy día el bloqueador solar nuevo de marca. Es una bobada. Pero no me gustó. Fui golpeada en el cuerpo. Cerca a la piscina por un huésped.

Excelente lugar para viajar con niños
Buscaba algo tranquilo, comodo, bonito cerca de la 5ta avenida y sobre todo que se fuera bueno para ir con mi bebe, me encanto este lugar pues tiene alberca para niños, cerca de todo sin perder.tranquilidad muy recomendable!

Hotel con buena ubicación, pero hay mucho mejores
Hay mejores hoteles en la zona y al mismo costó, no me dieron la habitación que había pagado la cual era un estudio de lujo y me dieron una chiquitita, el baño muy incómodo, mi hijo estaba descalzo en la habitación recién llegamos y piso una cucaracha. Los pros tienen buena ubicación y te dan desayuno en el restaurante de otro hotel bastante decente.

We had a good stay here. Would consider staying again. Pros: spacious rooms, parking, really great area, great staff Cons: jacuzzi is not hot (we wanted a hot tub which is why we picked this place), our fridge was broken (we bought coffee and milk but the milk went bad), ac in bedrooms didn't get very cold but it was cold enough

Charming clean condo in an amazing location. This is a hidden gem with a beautiful court pool area that was hardly used. Note that there is not too much sun at the pool. There is also a roof top patio area that was accessible, perhaps because the unit upstairs was vacant. We would have our morning coffee up there. Or an evening drink. Our condo unit had a full kitchen living room and king bed.. which was a little hard. The bathroom has pretty tile. The area is super safe with tons of local and touristy eateries and shops. The beach is only 2-3 block away. Fabiola offers great value in a perfect location. I will stay here again.

Lets start with this , for the price you cannot beat it - but there is a few ways this property could be improved . There is an extremely limited kitchen. You really cannot cook a whole meal , but definitely house some late night drinks and snacks! No oven , but has a brand new microwave and cold fridge . The stove top was gas so you need a lighter to use it fyi .The water pressure in the shower was very low and hot water went quick . But it wasn't cold let's say lukewarm. We reserved it for 3 persons however only got two towels.. there is a sleeper couch but they offer no extra linens - go prepared with your own . No napkins ,only a small towel . You can easily buy these necessities at the mega market couple of blocks down however . This property could at least offer a single good sized pan and basic cooking utensils( there are none ) . To the great points -Location was awesome ! Only a couple blocks from the party streets . Across the street from this hotel there is a restaurant and a mini mart . Very convenient. AC gets super cold , no complaints ! The TV offers only spanish channels BUT its a smart TV so I was able to connect to my own netflix account. We were extremely happy with this option . King bed sufficed ( two twins put together ) but we slept just fine. The pool was steps from our door - smaller - but quiant and cute .

Awesome location. There are only a few minor issues with the room (we had what they call the Attic). There are not enough electrical outlets and there is no full length mirror. There should at least be an outlet in the bathroom. When it came time to charge both our phones at the same time at night, not having an outlet on both sides of the bed became an issue. Another issue was that the bathroom smelled a bit funky (plumbing issue perhaps?). Having said that, we’d definitely stay again at this hotel. The price and location are great. Recommended.

This place was amazing! We stayed in the loft room with two bedrooms. It was very spacious and looked just like the pictures. The pool and lobby area was gorgeous, just like the pictures. It is close to stores, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Perfect location! There is a doorman which feels safe. We did recieve daily cleaning service (changed towels in bathroom tidying up) we did however find clothes from previous guest hanging in the closet which were not removed. All in all this place is great, and the people managing are very friendly, they helped us print documents that we needed without any hesitation. Very helpful and nice people. I sent a message before arrival they responded that everything is ready and they turned on the AC before getting there and it was amazing to walk into a nice cool room 😌

I’m just here to boost their ratings again. I have stayed multiple times with this property, & have to say they’re hands down my favorite in PDC. I have left a rather detailed review once before, so I’ll keep this one simple: YOU’RE GOING TO LOVE THIS PLACE, just book it! :) The staff is lovely, & each unit is like a home away from home. The pool is wonderful, the property is secure & quiet. I’ll always come back to Fabiola.

Maybe due to covid, but we got a killer deal and I had booked so far in advance that I didn't remember what I had booked. And boy were we surprised! It was a HUGE apartment with two master bedrooms with king size beds and beautiful bathrooms. It was absolutely gorgeous. This was the "premium 2 bedroom apartment." It was decorated tastefully as well, and there were two small balconies, handy for drying clothing and equipment. The apartments use keycodes to enter, so that's really handy if you are in a group (so everyone can get in without a physical key). The pool is nice, with lush vegetation. There's also a rooftop patio, though we didn't really use it. Wifi was good but cut in and out once in a while - no biggie. We hope to stay here again on our next trip. It will be the FIRST hotel I check...simply amazing!!!

Super cute hotel with an amazingly friendly staff. I can’t find one wrong thing to say about my experience here, it was all perfect! The room & outside facilities & amenities were all very clean & well kept. I come to Playa Del Carmen often, & I’m pretty sure I finally found the place I’ll call home away from home.
